Absolutely loved this space. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious. Lots to walk to and a lot of late night spots. Very convenient with grocery store inside mall and bank.

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!

Truly enjoyed my stay at Kim’s place. Loved the big living room space, and the unit was complete with everything I needed. The whole building is also a serviced residence, so whatever you order gets delivered to your doorstep. Kim was also very responsive and friendly. :) Price is a bit higher than usual as compared to other places, but definitely worth the money.

The place was great! There were a lot of amenities that we could use and it was enough space for the three of us. The location was also a plus since all the places we wanted to go to where either walking distance or easily accessible by car. Honestly, the gym and pool sold me to book the place. 10/10 highly recommend and would book again! <3

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. The front lobby receptionist made the check-in process seamless. The home was spotless, and the bed was SO SOFT—truly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in! I really appreciated the thoughtful little details throughout. The pool was crystal clean, and I had it all to myself. It was a bit chilly, but still a great experience. I also checked out one of the recommended restaurants, and it did not disappoint! The location is super convenient—right in front of **7-Eleven, an ATM, and Starbucks**. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

I’ve stayed in several Airbnb listings, and Welgo continues to set the standard. The interior is beautifully designed — modern, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Everything inside the unit was spotless and complete, from kitchen essentials to little extras that made the stay comfortable. The host is incredibly reliable and always responsive. Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The place is very welcoming and very clean upon arrival. Also, they have complete sets of cooking wares, utensils and other things needed in a staycation. Host is very responsive to all my messages providing me with helpful information. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely book here again.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

We had a wonderful stay! Sir Carlo and Ma’am Patricia provided excellent service—they were very responsive to all my questions and made sure all our requests were attended to. My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.

Booked this place because I had meetings at our office in Makati, and the location was perfect (just a minute walk away) Super convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We loved how pet-friendly the place and the area is. Salcedo Park is close, so it was easy to take our dog out for walks. The unit itself is big, especially compared to other places in the area. The bed was really comfy, and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Having parking in Makati was a big plus too. There was a scheduled power interruption during our stay, but Kiko and Clarisse were really helpful and let us stay at another one of their places while the power was out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Abby’s place exceeded my expectations. As soon as i opened the door, i was already amazed. the unit smells good, is very clean, organized and welcoming. They have thought out everything from bottled water, coffee station, first aid kits, even weighing scale for your luggage. They even have a basket for stuffs that you might need but forgot to bring. The fact that Abbys place is close to establishments is just a cherry on the icing. The unit is very comfy and relaxing, with big smart TV and great sounds, i didn’t mind staying in the unit and just chill. My fave home away from home. Will definitely be back. Thank you Ms. Abby for accommodating me.

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

We were truly comfortable and enjoyed our time in the unit! It’s exactly as described and very centrally located to a wide variety of amenities in Makati. The bed was so comfortable and the aircon was a blessing in May. There was no negative experience to report. We loved the unit and hope to stay there again when we return to Makati later this year. I had a relaxing stay and enjoyed every moment of it. The room was clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was easy to access from the airport and it was easy to spend time there. This was my second stay at the hotel and this time I was able to fully enjoy the gym and other facilities provided.
