Loved the location, space and everything was so clean. Air conditioner worked perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for the price we paid. Book it. You won’t regret it.

Our stay was good the hosts were responsive and friendly and allowed flexible check out which was great. And the services offered were good such as cutlery etc.

The place was awesome and as advertised. Kids loved it. Unfortunately we cannot use the gym which is a disadvantage on our long stay - this is the 1st in all the AirBnB homestay as normally this is of no issue. The smell in both toilets still existed eventhough the bathroom fans were left on. Highly recommended if you dont mind the smell.

We were very impressed with the place, it exceeded our expectation. The kitchen was our favourite, all three of us are good cook so we did not have to worry about eating out and just enjoyed our stay, the serenity and energy from the nature. Cleanliness was flawless! Oya and Ena were very helpful and friendly, they gave us a lot of useful information about the place and surrounding. We were lucky to spot one turtle on the beach! Every time we return from outside, it felt like home. We really wish we could stay longer!

Tony was super responsive and helpful. We were landing at 6am so I bought the room for the night before so we could check in right away and get some rest . Tony met us at 730am to let us in the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Carine was so helpful and always responsive. The apartment was as the pictures/photos. It was very clean and location was excellent for restaurants and shopping. Given the chance, we would most definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. It is a nice play to stay. Wish we could stay longer but only stayed for a few hours due to our travel schedule. The host is extremely responsive. There’s security that screens guests so we felt safe and secure.

I recommend King's apartment to anyone looking for an affordable accomodation in KL. In reality the apartment is even better than on pictures. The place was spotless, with everything you may need for longer stays (e.g. wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). There is a terrace on 42th floor with very good view at Merdeka 118 and in a distance you will be able to see Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower as well. The view is especially good at night, when city is illuminated.

The place was very clean. We had to check in very late at 1030 but was greeted by 2 lovely caretakers. They helped with the luggage and brought us to the unit. We even left behind a charger and had to trouble them to arrange a timing for collection. They went above and beyond what they had to do due to our carelessness. The unit is clean and had everything we need. Restaurants and attractions are very near and grab can be easily found to get to the attractions. Within walking distance are many food options as well. There is a back gate of the condo that leads directly to the beach behind. Very accessible. If you are driving, dont have to worry as their parking is a basement parking. No need to go round many levels up and down. Lift lobby is also very near parking lot given. Will definitely book here again if i come back to Penang.

By far, this has been one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. From the living room to the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything was so thoughtfully provided. My only request to the hosts in terms of the kitchen is to provide one more smaller vessel instead of the extremely large vessel. The pool was amazing. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. The views are amazing. Langkawi Parade Mall is less than a kilometer away, as are 7-Eleven and several duty-free shops. Grab cars are readily available.
