There are public transport by bus 1 km from the property and long-distance trains and commuter trains 8 km from the property. The accommodation is primarily for 2 people but an extra bed can be set up. At a cost of SEK 200/night, a nearby cottage on the property can also be used as a sleeping place for an additional person.

Come and enjoy peace and quiet, or visit all the exciting sights of Mariefred or Strängnäs.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area of about 100 meters . On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
