Holiday rentals with beach access in Malaysia

Good place, great host!

Great seaview and we caught the best sunset during our trip. Road leading to Jesselton Quay Citypad can be congested but it’s actually walkable to the city center,around 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores and laundromat in the same building

stayed for 2 days. folow my husb outstation hehe. after we checked in.. kids were excited to see their room. everything is nice. loveeeee the interior of this house. walking distance to pantai lido, starbucks and kk mart. didnt have time to explore during night as i have baby with me. i wish this home have more pillows. 4 pillows for 4 of us not enough 🤣😭 have to use sofa pillow also 😆 others are good. surely gonna repeat if my husband need to work at here again or maybe for holiday 🤗

We had a great stay in Georgetown. The place was spacious, well appointed, clean and in a good location. Charles was a superb host, very communicative, very helpful and incredibly kind. An exemplary Airbnb stay, would recommend to a friend.

Our family enjoyed the 9-night stay in this nice, clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb in a great location with many nearby eateries and with easy access to the beach. We were given clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Despite the heat outside, the apartment became our paradise as we entered it. It has beautiful hill views from the sitting room and bedroom. Watching different birds from the sitting room and monitor lizards in the small drainage below the windows at different times of the day was an enjoyment.

We had a great 4-day stay at this Airbnb with our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The amenities were well thought out, catering not just to the adults but also to the kids, which made our experience even better. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

Very big and spacious house. The kids loved the pool. The two washers and a good dryer made it convenient to wash our dirty laundry.

We really enjoy our family gathering & getaway staycation here. The place is spacious, tastefully done & well-maintained as shown in the pictures. The host provides lots of facilities as listed, also extra snacks & drinks for us. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Mersing was absolutely lovely. The house gave off major kampung vibes with a modern twist. clean, warm, and very welcoming. The Muji-themed interior was beautiful, calm, and well thought out, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, from the rattan furniture to the cozy little touches that made it feel like home. We especially loved the peaceful ambiance — it truly felt like a hidden gem. The only downside was that the master bedroom didn’t have a water heater, which made showers a bit chilly. But honestly, aside from that, the whole experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Misun’s Mango House is my go-to place whenever I’m in Kota Kinabalu. It’s not in the CBD but it’s easy to get around with Grab (local car service). What’s stands out from Mango House is its phenomenal panoramic view of the harbor and the city, the unit is at the corner of Tower 1 therefore you’d have an L-shaped view of South China Sea from the living/dining room. Now I’m afraid that my review is too good I may not be able to book Mango House easily in the future… Misun please give me priority because I’m Mango House’s biggest fan. 😬 The lower floors of the towers have 24/7 convenient stores, round-the-clock laundromats and restaurants that entice your taste buds. Walkable to Jesselton Point which is the hub of boats to the islands. Pool may not be as amazing as the hotels’ but still not a bad place for those who’s looking to get some tans.

The house was neat, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The location is excellent — strategically situated just minutes away from the city center, making it convenient to get around. The place is also fully equipped with essential amenities, including cooking facilities and a washing machine, which is perfect for longer stays. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and practical place to stay in the area. Thank you to the host for the excellent hospitality!

Beautiful stay, neat and clean Nice sea view from balcony

From start to finish, this was hands-down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect-the space was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. It honestly exceeded all expectations. I wouldn’t change a thing. If you are looking for a flawless stay, this is it. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. Can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay for 2 nights. The place is suitable for large family.

The place is lovely. Great for a vacation. Beach is nice, night market is... well, night market-y, the pool is LOVELY, and the gym is great. Mostly quiet - watch out for holiday nights though, the traffic is a nightmare! The space is great, nice kitchen. Gary is very helpful! Grab works to get all your food delivered. So I would LOVE to live there forever... just a bit expensive once you know Penang prices for long term stay. So it is perfect for a vacation!

Edward’s place was great. John met us on arrival outside and took our bags in for us, showed where everything was and took us up to the pool and gym. There are restaurants downstairs and it’s a short Grab ride to Gurney Plaza. Sam’s Groceria is downstairs and Lotus’s supermarket about 10 minutes’ walk. We didn’t use the large terrace much because it was too hot for us even with the fans on, but spent some hours every day by the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The apartment is large with good air conditioning and fans. We hardly used the kitchen because we didn’t want to cook as there are so many food options around. I had a facial at Aster Spring salon downstairs and my friend had a pedicure in the nail salon on the first floor. It was a great place to stay, so thank you Edward and John.
