In the living room there is a fireplace and next to it there is the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, fruit juicer, dishwasher, microwave and other utilities. The house also has a washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bed for 2 people. The accommodation capacity is for 6 people (4 in the bedrooms and 2 in the living room, on the extendable sofa)

Apartamentul este mobilat și utilat (mașina de spălat rufe, doua tv-uri cu ecran plat, aragaz, frigider, cuptor cu microunde, cafetiera, prăjitor de pâine, fier de calcat, uscător de păr, produse de igiena gratuit).
