We loved the bright, open modern design of the place. There was plenty of room for several people to stay in comfort. Gated community and a walled in yard so very safe. It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio area is large and great for parties and the pool is very nice, the kids loved it. There are 2 large malls within a few minutes so it is a good location. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay!!! 🤩🤩🤩🎉 This property is amazing! We stayed there for 2 days we only brought ourselves and a couple of clothes. They have everything we need! We have children and i can say that the house is kids friendly. The house is super clean and the host (Sir Chris) is very very very accommodating and friendly, if we need anything he’s one text away. Definitely staying there again and i’m really looking forward to it! ✅ Highly recommended!

We had a great stay and felt right at home! The unit was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It had all the essentials we needed, such as towels, slippers, shampoo, body wash, and complete kitchen utensils, including a rice cooker. We also loved the little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable, like the playing cards, karaoke, and the smart TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps. Ms. Jess was such a responsive and accommodating host. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was ready for us when we arrived.

This was an overall great experience. recommended for groups or families. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the interior design, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay!

Very cozy and comfortable to stay. Just one minor improvement is to place an aircon in the living room as it gets very hot during summer time

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. My 4-night stay at this unit, nestled at the end of Magnolia Place, was truly excellent. Jesse proved to be a wonderful host, consistently responsive through chat whenever I had questions or concerns.

We're so happy to have chosen this unit for our second stay! It was just as pleasant and satisfying as our first visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The place is spacious and clean. The two cabins as bedrooms are tidy and beds are comfortable. There are a lot of restrooms and shower rooms so it's a good thing especially for large groups. The caretaker is approachable and provided us the stuff that we requested. Our group had a great stay and will surely recommend the place.

The place is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. The building had secure entry which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like towels, and other essentials. The host, Rhea, was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We had fun staying there. What you see is what you get. The place was clean especially inside the cabin. The fully equipped kitchen was a great help to us. It has complete utensils and cooking equipment. The caretaker and the owner also responded fast to any of our inquiries. Will come back here again! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

I had an amazing time. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The wifi is a bit slow at 10mbps but it worked out fine since I stayed alone. Not sure if it’s the same if there are a lot of people. The place is good for walking but not a lot of restaurants near the area. I had to go to SM north edsa to eat out. Nevertheless, I slept like a baby. This is a great place to relax, unwind and reflect about life. Highly recommended.
