The Red Fjordhouse is situated in a unique location by the fjord, which 10 kilometres upstream flows into one of the 10 best salmon rivers, the Malseva. Just a few metres from the hotel's own beach, the lovingly renovated house is furnished with first-class beds and furniture, most of it from the design house Boja. The former schoolhouse from 1907 has a wood-burning stove and electric heating in all rooms. Relax in the middle of nature after a hike, a fishing trip or a snowshoe hike.

We have a cabin, approx 1 hour twenty minutes drive from Tromsø. We can supply transport from airport to cabin and return for 1500 nok. The cabin has solar power in summer months only . And NO electricity or running water in the winter (November to April). It has a wood burning sauna and hot tub and is candle or L E D battery lights. It's Perfect for viewing the Aurora wich can be seen most night's when skies are clear and sun and solar wind are both active.
