Fully Renovated 4 br/3 living areas home

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home traditionally gets booked for photo shoots but we also have it available for overnight/week stays. 4 x Bedrooms (all with BIR's), 3 x Living areas (all with smart TV's and Foxtel). Ensuite with enormous double bath and double shower, main bathroom is fitted out with walk in shower and an additional powder room for guests convenience. Kitchen includes 2 x Bosch ovens, Bar, Butlers Pantry, nespresso machine. Fully air-conditioned/heating throughout the home.

Trams and trains at your door will take you all around Melbourne and you’re just a 2 minute walk to Glenferrie rd with its endless choice of restaurants and cafés so you will not need to use the beautifully appointed marble kitchen. Cabrini is conveniently located at the end of the street. A guaranteed good nights sleep with the Posturepedic Queen size mattress fitted with 5* Hotel quality linen.
