Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.
