My wife and I stayed at this apartment during 1 month. Fruit market nearby, 10 min to the beach. The staff are kind and friendly. Also, you can park your motorbike. We liked our stay, thx for all!

The stunning beach and city views from both the balcony and windows are absolutely captivating; I found myself constantly drawn to look outside throughout my stay. While the interior isn't brand new, everything is well-maintained and in good working condition. All amenities functioned properly, and the space was comfortable for my stay. What really enhanced my experience was the host's responsiveness. They were quick to address any questions and went above and beyond by arranging a motorbike rental for me at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the action in Da Nang. It's perfect for those who value proximity to the beach and appreciate spectacular views. Lovely place to stay with an amazing view ! The view is surprisingly better than what is advertised in the photos. Clean place, AC’s work really well and the hot water lasted long enough for 2 of us to have showers back to back Perfect location. Walking distance from the beach and surrounded by awesome restaurants and also 2 massage parlours and a milk bar on the ground floor made getting what we needed to feel comfortable at our home away from home such a breeze… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location—close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily. A special thanks to Minh for his kindness and help with a package that had to be delivered to his address. His hospitality made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this private getaway. The pool was refreshingly cool and clean. You have the beach to yourselves with fishermen fishing in the distance. Lots of places to sit , relax or catch some sun. Phuong was very friendly and accommodating.He had a map with all amenities.Great coffee place walking distance. For singers there is a karaoke machine on the raised dining balcony that accommodates many. There is a BBQ and you can order meat or fish delivered to cook yourselves. Having a motorcycle available was a bonus. Great pizza restaurant, pharmacy and a great place for Banh My were about a 6-7 minute drive towards HoiAn. The cleaning staff were wonderful and very friendly. Phuong is an exceptional, friendly host and very accommodating, picking us up in DaNang and returning us for our flight home. We were all sad to leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay, from a family living in Alberta, Canada.

Very responsible host and great help. She’s helped me rent a scooter in 30 mins delivered to the place. She’s also very flexible with me leaving my belongings safe in her property after checking out so I could enjoy the day before heading to the airport at night. The place is gorgeous, great location near the beach and everything you would want to visit. Highly recommended.

10th floor with balcony overlooking the vast ocean. This beautiful condo provided the relaxation and healing that I was looking for. The beautiful and caring host made my stay in this foreign town so perfect. I extended my stay and would stay longer if it just were available. Now, i have a special place to come back to. The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

We loved our stay here. Lovely view. Lenh was super friendly and always responded when we had questions. We had breakfast every day in the restaurant that belongs to the resort. The amenities are amazing. I highly recommend this flat.

First of all, i would like to thank Thanh for being flexible with our check-in time (we came earlier, and she is fine for us to leave the luggage there). The unit has a balcony and rooms with view to Danang beach and city. It is kinda cool! It got everything you need to stay comfortably (including the water dispenser), but there is no working desk/table in the room. Overall the unit is in the ideal location - super close to the beach, many good restaurants around, with plenty of convenience stores, massage place too. Totally recommend it!

The apartment has a spacious and comfortable layout for family of four. The beach is just across the street. Lots of marts, shops, and restaurants in walkable distance. Host is very responsive and accomodated our late check-in. Check-in/check-out was very smooth. The balcony is spacious with nice ocean view for a lazy afternoon. Overall great place for a family vacation or even long term stay. Highly recommended.

The location of the accommodation is very good, and the overall condition of the house is excellent. The staff were also very friendly and everything was satisfactory.

First off Thanh hospitality alone made the stay worth the value . The place is amazing clean . Right next tot he beach but private and quite at the same time ! All I have to say is I am amazed at the service Thanh provide and the condo was so room me and the family had a very comfortable stay !!

This place was a perfect definition of luxury studio. Everything was very well cleaned and prepared for us. The staffs are also very accommodating and super friendly. The kitchen was our favorite because it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!! ☺️☺️ 10/10 recommendation for this place. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back again.

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!
