We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and absolutely clean. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great outdoor kitchen – it was superbly equipped and had everything you need for cooking. Mario was a great host: very helpful, friendly and gave us many valuable tips about the place, including recommendations for great restaurants. The beach is only 4-5 minutes' walk away - perfect for surfing or just relaxing. Ayampe itself is a very special, magical place that has enchanted us. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and the entire experience!

One excellent single word in everything / room/ beach /baths /living rooms and very good games. attention to each of us

Outstanding Hosts! met all our needs and then went above and beyond!. Personally picked us up at Manta airport and saw to everything we could have wanted. Beach was fabulous and total R&R watching the local fishermen do there thing, lunch restaurants very close and would supply takeout of our daily beer if we needed (for our 5 week stay) . only con is the distance to the supermarket but was alleviated by our hosts willingness to drive us into Puerto Viejo or use the bus that ran by every 10-15 minutes. and dirt cheap at 50 cents pp to crucita or $1:50 all the way into Puerto Viejo. The stay was perfect for what we needed, quite, (except weekends when locals flocked to the beach for the same reason we were there) .off the beaten trail and super serene, watching the droves of frigates and pelicans flying north at sunset capped our days perfectly .

The place is great: pretty, quiet, safe. Everything was as described, and the small pool area in front of the houses is particularly nice! The welcome is perfect (from everyone), and the communication is very effective, before, during, and after. The hosts are nice, pleasant and accommodating. In short, I would rent again without hesitation!

The house looks just like the pictures, the views were stunning, best beach views ever. The host was always responsive to our questions, always find a solution for anything we needed. My family throughly enjoyed.

Excellent stay, an extremely comfortable house (there were 8 of us), with all the amenities, a heated pool, social areas and very close to the sea. The house is impeccable and better than what you see in the photos. It's important to note that it's inside a guarded complex, which gave us a lot of security. Kindness and excellent attention from the security guard, he was always attentive to us or anything we needed. Ma Dolores, with whom we coordinated the reservation, is a very friendly and helpful person, answering any questions and making it easy for us to feel comfortable. Ideal for families and children. We would definitely come back!

Excellent choice for family holidays, the rooms are spacious and allow privacy. The location allows you to enjoy the few steps beach. The family who helped us with safety and cleanliness, very friendly people and always willing to help. Thank you so much!! We'll be back!!

We stayed at Casa Kaden for 17 nights, and we had a wonderful time . The house is great and everything is well set up for guests . The owner greeted us with a bottle of red wine and was proactive to make sure that we had all the information for the check-in. The location of the house is amazing , just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. If you're traveling with kids, you will be surprised how many toys and other equipment the host has , so you dont have to bring a suitcase of toys to entertain your little ones ;) Back yeard is wonderful as it is fully fenced, big and has a great pool. In case if you have any questions or trouble with something, you can message the house menager at any time, and he will respond to you very promptly and take care of the problem. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Casa Kaden and strongly recommend this place !! Thank you, Jacques!
