We loved staying at Antonio's beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen & living room, super comfy bedrooms & the AC worked great. Great location to wander & shop and loved the dipping pool to cool off at the end of the day. The layout was great because the bedrooms were in the back away from traffic and the kitchen area is separated at the front so you can be noisy in the morning if everyone else is still sleeping!

Allan’s place was what I saw on the pics, very nice house, clean and well maintained. Easy to find, super easy to check in, Allan was very attentive all the time that I had a question or concern. Thank you Allan, I’ll be back in May for sure.

Casa Yula was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, each with its own private bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the warmer days. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Eveling, our host, was incredibly responsive and attentive—she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is also a highlight. There are convenience stores and local restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to grab meals and essentials. Since my family is originally from Granada, the location was ideal for us to connect with relatives and explore familiar places. Overall, we loved our stay at Casa Yula and would absolutely book this place again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, well-located stay in Granada!

it was an awesome place for the whole family. The pool was clean and the person that takes care of the property was very tentative. I will book again when I come back next year.

What to say about this place, it's so quiet and so beautiful. I felt so relaxed these days, in addition to the area that is very quiet and full of nature. Nel se porto super linda and accessible xon us all the time, plus its coffee harvest is excellent. In case of traveling to Nicaragua again, we will not last to return to this place ❤️✨️

Only washers no dryer

The landscape and scenery were just spectacular! The place was so immaculately landscaped with plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. The caretaker was super helpful in getting us tours, restaurant suggestions and taking care of whatever we needed. The lake was beautiful and perfect temperature to swim in. We heard monkeys, roosters and tons of birds. It was a lovely jungle experience. The last night we had a major thunderstorm that lasted all night and we lost power so that was exciting and added to the full Nicaraguan experience. The road to get to the house is well paved, except the last 1/4 mile or so which was a rough dirt road so make sure you have an suv. I would definitely stay here again and for longer next time. There are restaurants a half mile away that are quite nice with equally great views.

You will not regret choosing this location. It’s just about an hour from the airport in a small gated community. We rode bikes easily. Golf cart for fun & we walked. The neighborhood is quiet, safe & friendly. All you’re gonna hear is crashing waves & birds. Some people mentioned the construction. It’s nothing usually a couple men working together, talking quietly. My teenagers ran all over the place on the mtn bikes that Robert provided. I had no safety concerns. The plant and animal life is Amazing! We saw so many different butterflies, insects, frogs, lizards, birds, squirrels, and an ocelot! We jumped in the ocean and pool everyday. Shells for days. Tide pools very unique. We felt the beach at the resort was the easiest to access because we could swim, eat and walk on the beach. By the house we read by the pool. Incredible views. We did go to the grocery store beforehand but also, we ate everywhere. So Yum. I hope to return.

I have stayed over 3 times and it’s always a pleasure to stay at this home Good location Very safe community Lots of home based food places in the area !! There is everything! From burgers to fritangas !!

This place is a hidden gem in Granada. Right off the busies street but almost at the end to enjoy an evening off the street. Walkable to the most beautiful places in Granada and lots to do within reasonable distance. The place is warm and well planned out. I enjoy every moment and did not wanted to leave and stay there. Mr Justin was very attentive and showed us and explain everything in the house. For sure I will be back

We had an EXCELLENT experience in this house. The staff who received us were extremely friendly and the house was extremely clean. Extremely attentive and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would return many times with my whole family!

Dayana's place is good and in a good location. So many groceries and restaurants around. The place has all aminenities but It needs an Air-conditioning as the weather gets extreme to 40. but the host is a great listener and will do what it takes to make the guest comfortable

Very cool. I felt at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, the apartment was well distributed and very cozy to spend time with the family, very quiet and the barbecue was a dream. I loved it and enjoyed a good barbecue. I recommend it and I'll be back.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It would be perfect for a small family or friend group looking to enjoy the pool and outdoor space. Most of the home is open air and near the most bustling part of the city, yet it still felt private and quiet. I can’t emphasize enough how central the location is. Everything I wanted to do in the city was walkable. Every restaurant we wanted to visit was within a 5 minute walk. Every tour guide wanted to pick up groups within a block of this rental. The caretaker of the home was super helpful and the space was very clean and cozy. The AC was very powerful and fast to cool off both bedrooms and bathrooms. I would 100% rebook. I didn’t encounter any issues but my read on the host and caretaker was that they would be prompt to respond to any and all of my concerns.

Great home, all amenities are included and they were very responsive to any need( my man Julio and his team) Property is in a gated community with peaceful and comfortable secure living. They definitely covered all the small details, appliances and items you don’t even realize how important it is to have. I recommend this place for anyone, just be mindful of treating it like it your own home. They show great details in how home is set up and how important is to satisfy the guest, so take care of things for the next guest using it. That will be me again! Lol . By the way , main avenue Carretera Masaya had everything restaurants supermarkets and local Nicaraguan food stores selling legit Nica food. Thank me later.
