It's a nice accommodation with a sense of space and cleanliness! There were a lot of places where the boiler didn't work when it was cold. This place worked without any problems. The location and everything was good! The host was friendly and it was a short period of time I had a comfortable stay!

A lovely apartment, with lots to see nearby. It was well lit, well furnished and comfortable. Easy access from airport coaches, and local train station. Easy place to find but also not far from nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again, highly recommended!!!

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

The landlord responded quickly and kindly. The interior of the house was clean and a new building, and the kitchen, living room, and bathroom were all equipped with necessary supplies, so it was convenient to live. There are parks nearby where you can take a light stroll, such as Mt., and there is no shortage of markets in front of the house, but the traditional market around the station is large and lively, so it is fun to see, and the food is abundant. There were also many restaurants in the food alley in front of the station.

It was a pleasant stay for 3 months, very roomy, and had an overall clean enviroment. The location was near to a subway station that connected to a big supermarket which was approximately 5 minutes walking distance. The best thing about the place was an amazing large park across the street where we took relaxing walks after dinner.

The living space is very bright, well furnished, also well-equipped. The price-performance ratio is right!

Had a really pleasant stay here! Everything is squeaky clean, comfortable, and cosy. It had everything I needed. Lots of food choices and a train station within five minutes walk, it’s as convenient as it can get.

We had an amazing stay for 9D/8N. The place was so clean and smell good. Though it’s a bit far from the city center, still very comfortable and homey. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby with Daiso and Homeplus. Highly recommended.

Amy place was excellent for one month stay. Everything was inside apartment to work and travel, and also Amy was able to provide more amenities. Amy is very friendly and helpful. A lot of instructions and recommendations and fast response time. Very fast WiFi. Place is good, not so far from metro, walking distance to the park and hiking near Seoul National University. Also there are a lot of supermarkets, shops and bakeries. Highly recommend to stay in Seoul.

It was a great trip. There are a lot of tableware, a large refrigerator, a bathtub, a bed, a TV, and a beam projector. It's just so perfect. I'm 100% willing to revisit. Thank you.

its a bit far from the town area but we had alot of fun just exploring places nearby . we enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay here for over a week! The location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to the metro, with plenty of convenience stores and a street full of great restaurants nearby. The building felt very safe and secure, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is on the subway, you can take the subway directly. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

The location is very good. There are restaurants, cafes, and amenities in the building, so it's easy to use, Lotte Mall and Galleria across the street, and you can also take a walk on the lake just a short walk away. It was very quiet without any outside noise at night, so I was able to relax comfortably.

I stayed because I had work at the Suwon Convention Center, but I'm satisfied enough to book it next time.

Gwangu’s place is within walking distance to the bus and train station. It’s also very close with the convenient store, which very helpful for us. Gwangu also very accommodating with our request. However, the building doesn’t have an elevator, which were quite inconvenient for us due to our heavy luggages. Overall, the stay was comfortable and nice. Highly recommended!
