El lugar era exactamente lo que buscábamos y necesitábamos. El anfitrión muy accesible y disponible cuando lo necesitaba. El lugar con acceso a lugares como tiendas, lugares de comida, panadería. El lugar estaba muy limpio y tiene todo lo que necesitábamos cocina, internet, cable TV, aires en los cuartos. Definitivo, mi impresión fue muy buena, porque leí y cumplía con nuestros requerimientos.

Lovely place away from the busy roads, we had all we needed.

Loved the pl, quiet at night, tranquility at all times and the beauty of it ALL. Loved having meals & drinks in the courtyard, with music already playing in the background, Coquis, then walking to the beach with drinks on hand and listening to the waves under full moon. Weekend rests open, and locals are out selling crafts and food, but mon-th drive elsewhere for food or cook. My husband enjoyed several beaches within 40 mins distance E or W from our cozy apt. John and beautiful wife very accommodating, prompt with our req and made us feel at home as Familia. We are definitely coming back. Gracias John por resolver el cuarto y hacernos bien comodos. Our stay at John’s Airbnb was absolutely phenomenal! John, Liberty, and their incredibly loving dog, Camila, are the best hosts you could ask for. From the moment we arrived, John welcomed us with warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel right at home. John, a true Puerto Rican local, provided us with invaluable advice on the best spots to visit and the most delicious food to try in the area. His recommendations led us to some hidden gems that we would have never discovered on our own. The location of the Airbnb was perfect. The beach, just a short walk away, featured stunning black sand that was both unique and breathtaking. The highlight of our stay: John went out of his way to take us to witness the most incredible sight of turtle hatchlings making their way into the ocean. It was a profound experience, that included learning about the importance of protecting these wonderful creatures! This is so much more than just a place to sleep! It was truly an unforgettable experience!! 💖

We thoroughly enjoyed the independence the space offered. We had everything we needed to get up and out for an early start to our training before 7:30 am. It felt, quiet, peaceful and in an nice neighbourhood to take a stroll through. Sylvia made us aware of upcoming maintenance and offered to assist if we had any concern. The space had everything that was listed along with board games for indoor or outdoor fun! We felt at home.

Good spot for anybody looking for a quick night stay. Over all I had a good experience and I would recommend.

A great experience in a peaceful, cozy, and comfortable place. The apartment was stocked with every single essential toiletries and its fully equipped. Definitely my favorite place in Manatí.

My second trip to this Airbnb and its perfect! Low key vibe. So nice to just swim and relax. Super close to very beautiful beaches! Dining and grocery is close. 🫶🏻Manatí

Honestly I felt right at home I was a little nervous about staying by myself as an 18 y/o traveling alone, but I felt safe and comfortable it’s good for a couple or one person (make sure you bring salt there is only sugar)

Cozy studio in a good location. The pool was nice and the hammocks were wonderful. It the perfect spot to catch up on some reading. The walls are thin here. On those hot days, the AC was always perfect. I really don’t have any complaints. A quiet Monday-Friday stay. They were doing some construction at the property but it didn’t affect me. Would recommend this Airbnb. Everything you need for a solo or couple trip.

El alojamiento estaba super comodo, muchos lugares a donde ir en el area, al igual si algo te faltaba para llevar al alojamiento tienes cerca supermercados disponibles. Siempre hubo comunicación en todo momento. Tiene internet, nexflix, agua caliente para bañarse. Hay seguridad en el lugar en todo momento ya que tiene una puerta al entrar al edificio que en todo momento permanece cerrada con llave. Solo la persona que se queda en el lugar tiene acceso. Lo recomiendo al 110%. Me volveria a quedar en el lugar. 🙏🏽

Carlos’s place was great! Very clean, close to everything, secure with a gated parking lot and two layers of protection inside. I appreciated how clean everything was. Funny story: after checkout, I receive a message from Carlos telling me I left my iPad! Thankfully I was close and my iPad was returned in top shape. So honest, kind, and considerate of him. I highly recommend this place. Great value to, he could easily charge more.

This place was a perfect. The host was responsive and helpful. She provided great recommendations and guidance for the area. Thank you fornthis last minute reservation and great space.

My husband and I came from Utah to Puerto Rico for the first time and this was a great place to stay! the place looks exactly like what the photos show and had everything we needed. the location is nice, it was chill and peaceful. It is 5-10 minutes from lots of beaches and restaurants. Roberto was a great host who responded quickly and gave us lots of local recommendations for food, beaches, and hiking. He hooked us up with Waldemar who is a local tour guide and we went on a great cave and river hiking excursion.

Most complete place we’ve ever been. The house was more than what we had been expecting not only with a jacuzzi but with a BBQ grill as well. Only had to cross the street to be at the beach and a good restaurant we’ve been to before. Quiet neighborhood considering all the bars and restaurants in the area. Too bad we had to end our vacation in Puerto Rico and couldn’t get a few family members to come visit us at this great place to cook a few burgers at the grill and a few cocktails.

Conveniently located near the beach. Area is full of dining options and good security. Place was spotless and I have to say I got a sweeter deal than expected. Loved it!!

I stayed at Johana’s rental for a week. This apartment is part of a 5 unit place with great outdoor amenities. It’s gated to the public so we felt secure and always had a place to park which was nice since it’s a pretty busy road especially at night. There’s a bunch of bars/restaurants right across the street which were very lively especially on weekends, but shut down the music respectfully at 10pm. The apartment is on the second floor with a beautiful balcony that overlooks the road. Everything inside was clean and tidy. The bed linens, towels, and even throw blankets were all freshly laundered and smelled lovely. Johana was nice enough to bring us extra towels half way through our stay without us even asking. Very thoughtful! I’d only recommend black out curtains in the second bedroom since it was hard to sleep past 6am when the sun comes up. One room had the curtains, so it would be a quick & easy improvement on an already great place!

We just returned home feeling so relax. Ready to repeat the experience. We were helped all the time. Loved the good communication with Sammy. The room was clean, close to the beach. Restaurantes all over the place. Acabamos de regresar a nuestro hogar relajados, listos para repetir nuestra experiencia. Estuvieron presentes todo el tiempo. Excelente comunicación con Sammy. Muchos restaurantes cerca y alrededor. Fascinante estadía en esta hermos villa. La piscina tibia fue el “highlight” y disfrute mayor todas las noches después de regresar de pasear por la isla. Regreso confiada a este lugar. Gracias por todo.
