It is located 12 minutes from Eduardo Gomes International Airport, 11 minutes from the nearest shopping mall (Shopping Ponta Negra), 6 minutes from Arena da Amazônia and 16 minutes from the Historic Center of Manaus. Located in a building with a drugstore and less than 100 meters from a gas station, convenience store, bakery and markets.
