No parties or smoking. - I do not allow bookings for groups of young people where at least one or more are between 18 and 25 years old. - 1 small pet (max 6kg) is allowed inside the apartment

Apartment inside a Private Condominium with a single entry/exit. It has a beautiful ocean view due to how close it is from the shore as shown in the pictures. The Condominium has excellent common spaces such as a pool with sun loungers, wood stove and green areas. There is also parking spaces in front of the apartment and easy access to unload all luggage. The beach is only 50 meters away from the Condominium. Whale Watching Season until October 31.
