Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 14 people plus a baby.

In addition to the fertile soil, water is one of the great riches of the property, with several springs (here the water is drunk straight from the tap). Our site borders the Jacutinga stream, with several waterfalls along its course. There is also an orchard and a vegetable garden, all produced organically, free of pesticides.

Pousadinha accommodates up to 06 people in the rooms, with a leisure area pool, barbecue, wood stove, not counting nature, 500 meters from the beach, a 10-minute waterfall of Águas de Santa Barbara, at Km 288 of Castelo Branco. Note: We do not serve meals. The house has a full kitchen for guests to prepare their meals. Restaurants deliver to Pousadinha RoSi.

Simple and cozy space in the center of Piraju, with lots of little plants and a very nice bathtub. It is 20 minute walk from Paranapanema River and 9 minute drive from Cachoeira Capitão Mourão.
