This new 2 story house is in a private gated establishment, only 30 mins away from Montanita, 15 mins from Puerto Lopez, and 10 mins away from Salango and Ayampe! Truly centrally located, but also very quiet and private. This house also has a private grilling area, private pool, and parking for up to 4 cars. A large patio opens up to the beach. There is also a very good restaurant in walking distance!
