Έχει δύο τουαλέτες (ένα μεγάλο με ντουζιέρα κ ένα μικρότερο wc) έχει μεγάλη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και τρία μπαλκόνια (δύο μικρά και ένα μεγάλο περιμετρικά στην πρόσοψη του διαμερίσματος)
