Holiday rentals with beach access in Mani Peninsula

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

Xénia was very welcoming, caring in our interactions . She was watching our arrival in front of her house. Complete restoration of the apartment with quality materials. Tasteful sober decor. We really enjoyed our short stay in Gythio and surroundings. The 2nd floor apartment offers a nice view of the bay and its island , with the mountains as a backdrop. Bars, restaurants nearby on foot. Great place and management.

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

Very good stay in the apartment in a very good location, sunny and where everything you need is provided, nothing is missing Close to shops, beautiful hikes and activities from neighboring villages 12 min walk to a very nice beach Parking on premises and very easy to access.

Great stay! The host is very responsive and ensures that the accommodation is in perfect condition with very nice little touches. The rate is much more attractive than those of the accommodations located in the old town which is only a few minutes walk away; the walk to get there is very pleasant. The apartment is fully equipped and is very suitable for 3 people for a short trip.

The house was beautiful, spotless and in a very good location, in the city center. Mrs. Marouliou was excellent, she helped us with everything we needed in all areas, before and during our stay. We would definitely like to stay there again the next time we visit the island!

Nice studio and perfect location for visiting the Mani region. Studio has everything you need, perfect for one or two people, with a small cozy terrace. 10 minutes walk to the beach and a very nice taverna 15 minutes walk. The lovely village Agios Nikolaos is 30 minutes walk (or 5 min by car) and has many good restaurants and a nice atmosphere. Linda was very communicative and helpful with instructions. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy. Lizzie is a nice hostess, very friendly and helpful. It is a small beautiful, quiet village with old houses and beautiful streets. Within 10 minutes you can be on the beach of Stoupa. You can walk beautifully in the area. Highly recommend!

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

Fabulous house in an olive grove near the sea. Aa comforts provided. Perfect for families.

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Our stay was impeccable! The place was spotless and nothing was missing. The house was fully equipped, spacious and with nice aesthetics. It is suitable for a family. It has absolute peace and privacy. We thank the host very much for the excellent service and the direct communication. The only sure thing is that we will return with great pleasure!!!

Lovely location with a beautiful view, really nice villa, modern with a well stocked kitchen. They left a nice gift of local food and refreshments in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

Amazingly well positioned, private and super clean apartment. The bed was really comfortable and two pillows per person were provided. We loved eating our breakfast and some dinners on the private balcony overlooking the sea. Because the apartment was one big block back from the beach there was very little road noise and we were also able to park just outside. We would stay there again in a heartbeat 😍

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery
