I had an incredible stay at this property. The place was clean, stylish and had everything needed for a comfortable visit . What made it even more special were the society amenities ( pool and gym) and complementary fruit basket from Host.The beautiful lawn terrace was the perfect spot to relax and unwind..The host was welcoming responsive , making sure everything was just right .. Highly recommended for family tourist and for relaxation.

We were 4 so the place was ample for us and then had a friend visit us as well. Really liked the upscale Banjara Hills location which was pretty central to get to where we wanted. I also wanted to experience living in this area so this was a great opportunity. Qamar and his son Haider were always available if we had any questions so that felt super comfortable and felt that they really cared to keep us relaxed.

Host anil received us well, he has provided all the necessary ammenities, anil guided well for the nearby resturants and the property was very comfortable and rooms were spacious, overall we had wonderful stay at this property.

His place is quite spacious and large , would love to visit again. Rooms are quite spacious and homely. Staff and host was very cooperative. He agreed for flexible check in around 2hrs earlier. The place is just a few metres from main road. Perfect stay for people staying around Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

The property is clean and well furnished. I travelled with my family from Australia and stayed close to a month. The property is well suited for NRIs travelling with family because of a peaceful and great neighborhood, all the best of Hyderabad's restaurants this side of the city and as the property is maintained to high quality. The host always responds promptly which makes it a very comfortable stay

The interiors are amazing and the unit owner has provided all acessories and tech that one can imagine inside a modern home. The owner has taken care to provide essential things for a comfortable living too from medical to kitchen cooking essentials. Highly recommended.

It just felt like home. had a very good time being over Lakshmi Garu's house. They are so friendly. Had a great hospitality. will definitely prefer to stay at Lakshmi Garu's place whenever we have a plan of staying in Hyderabad for a period of time. Thanks for the great hospitality.

We stayed here for almost two months, the place is centrally located with lot of popular restaurants near by. The rooms are pretty big and maintained well. The host is really friendly and responsive.

We stayed in this place for 6 nights and found it to be ideal. Special thanks to Vijaya Bhaskar and his caretaker, Venkatesh for great communication and helpful suggestions. The location is great and close by to a variety of restaurants, shops, and specially, KBR Park (which we really enjoyed). The house itself is big with a lot of space. the bedrooms are spacious and all the ACs worked. The bathrooms are clean and showers and water heaters worked well. Kitchen is nice but can benefit from a bit more basic provisions (such as salt, pepper and sugar etc). Although. the house somewhat reflects it age in its style, decor and furnishings, the positive features, the comforts, spaces, and the great host more than made up for that . The caretaker helped in a major way and contributed to the stay. The GPS of this location is a bit tricky (most probably due to a road closure) and requires a bit of effort. We will definitely stay there next time, when we visit Hyderabad.
