Holiday rentals with lake access in Manila Bay

The place was very nice, the furnishings and decor are top notch, we enjoyed the pool very much, it was clean and good sized, and the water temperature, when we were there was just right even without heating. It is a beautiful and tranquil place perfect for bonding, relaxation and unwinding.

75 JCK was a perfect get away for me and my friends this weekend. The place was private, very quiet neigborhood, and pristine scenery. The host Jan was very responsive and considerate. I also commend Kuya Balbas, the Caretaker who was very accommodating and gave a great tour of the place. Definitely well recommended!

The place was super clean, with fast internet and complete appliances. The host is also approachable and responsive to the inquiries when checking in. There's also a sari sari store nearby. I highly suggest that androidtv should have netflix for more movies. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the place. Hoping for another staycation at Michelle's Place. Thank you!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. From the time we booked this room, we were given clear instructions on how to check in, what to bring, and dos and donts. Host was very responsive and friendly. And on the day, check in was smooth and stress free. Upon entering the room, it was clean, smells nice and looks exactly like what was on the pictures. Very modern and zen. Highly recommended.  The flat owner, Mr. Joe, was very accommodating and gave us helpful information about the area, as it was our first time in Pico de Loro. The caretaker, Ms. Mheann, was also great—she had a push cart ready to help transport our luggage from arrival to departure, which was especially helpful since we were a group of 7. The building is conveniently located near both the beach and the country club. Although it wasn’t mentioned in the listing (as of the time I’m writing this), Wi-Fi, 4 towels, a clothes rack, and hangers were also provided. I really loved the queen-size bed with the wooden frame! Just a heads-up—be careful with the lower corners, because 2 people from our group accidentally bumped into them and got a bruise hehe. This was my first time booking through Airbnb, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Mylene’s place. The unit is very spacious and is in perfect condition. Geraldine, the caretaker was also very responsive. We just had a little hiccup getting in when the guard asked for an endorsement letter but was easily resolved when Mylene talked to him over the phone. We had a fun and relaxing stay, will surely be back.

WONDERFUL AIRBNB accommodation inside Pico de Loro with outstanding room design exactly as shown in the photos. This is a much better deal vs. the on-site hotel. Very clean with complete kitchen facilities where you can cook meals. Strong wifi with Netflix. Comfortably accommodates 4 adults. This corner room on the 4th floor of Miranda is right next to the beach and the church and has a balcony overlooking the magnificent landscape. Has excellent lighting fixtures. Spacious bathroom, hot shower with 4-pt heater. Quick responding host thanks to Geraine. Fast self check in even after 4 pm. Definitely worth coming back.
