Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable, creating a wonderful atmosphere for everyone. The villa was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. The hosts were very friendly and showed great hospitality. Thank you once again for sharing your place with us!

We had a good time staying here. We were about 14 people and we were accommodated well. Kuya Ador the caretaker was also very nice and easy to talk to. The place looks good plus we loved the billiards and speaker plus mics that are included. We also used the pool. Really great place. Thank you!

We rented this place for our team Away Day. The place looks even better in person! It has a warm, rustic charm with modern touches - lots of wood, cozy textures, and a peaceful, nature-inspired feel, but everything is updated and stylish. The host was friendly and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer, but even a day was already worth it. Would absolutely love to come back for another quick escape - it's close to the metro, but feels like a hidden retreat! Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

The caretaker was very kind and accomodating, Owner was also very reaponsive. the place was very nice.. water in the pool was not too cold. each bedroom was very clean and spaceous for 4 pax.. sala was very nice.. unfirtunately the videoke machine was out of service. but the rest were very good..

Me and my friends definitely had a great time staying here. Although we find it quite expensive for to be honest as the place needs some fixing like the water pressure was too weak; and the aircon pressure on one room was really poor even it’s on its lowest temperature. But overall, we had fun, location is awesome, and near to a lot of establishments like groceries, cafe, hospital, etc. Thanks!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Katipunan! The place is cozy yet elegant, beautifully designed, and impressively spacious. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated—perfectly stunning and undeniably aesthetic. The breakfast they served was delicious and a great way to start our mornings. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back!

Our family celebrated my father's 80th birthday at Mi Terraza. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there, & even extended our time for a few more hours. Highly recommended place, very peaceful. We loved our stay at La Bella Vita. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the outdoor space was awesome. On top of that the staff was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!

This Bali-inspired villa was absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful design, and spacious layout. The pathway leading to the pool and main house gave such a relaxing tropical feel, and the whole place was perfect for unwinding. The pool area was a highlight—great for relaxing and spending time with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the staff/host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape with Bali vibes without leaving the country, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

had the best bnb experience of all time. this is one great find. host is super kind. house keeper is very accommodating. everything was just perfect. plus our room was upgraded. will definitely book the apple room next time!!!! can't wait to be back.

It's a secured, peaceful, & family-friendly neighbourhood. The subdivision is a good place for a stroll and there are parks and playgrounds not just for kids but for adults too. As a nature lover, I love the tree crowns view from our room. The room is very wide too. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There was even a time when they look after the kids so we can eat. I love the rice! I was hoping to have some Korean food, as mentioned in one of the reviews, but we're served typical lutong-bahay - decent meal naman and filling. Uncle offered to serve Korean food when we go back. I suggest that there be a ready fan/cooler for guests in the common areas like the kitchen and the living room. Will consider this place again for next bookings.

Surrounded by rich greenery; the sound of chirping birds all day by the wonderful garden, the singing of crickets & grasshoppers, and gushing waters (koi pond/fountain) that completes the wonderful ambiance of nature. Mr. Kwon's family welcome us with warm-heartedness. I didn't expect that there would be a complimentary meal during breakfast. The room is spotless. A common toilet and bath is next to the room. Towels and bath amenities were provided. Drinking water is available. Thank you! Kwon Family for your generosity, kindheartedness, and cordial hospitality. God Bless & More Power!
