Ms. Ozlem's house is really magnificent in terms of location, it is within walking distance to the center of Sigacik and everything you need is very close. We were in a new and comfortable building, very quiet. We would like to thank Ms. Ozlem for her support during our check-in process. Although we were very late due to our work, she supported us a lot. All 🙏🏻 the amenities offered were more than sufficient and the house was clean and very comfortable. We were very pleased, we were 3 people. We felt like we were in our own home. We go to Sigacik a lot, we will definitely stay here every time we come. :)

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

The location is great, walkable to the best beach of Plomari; refurbished flat with all new furniture. Metaxia is super kind, and thoughtful. We look forward to coming back to this place where we felt home.

The place looks exactly the same as the photos. Centrally located. Close to Izban and the ferries. Some amenities were missing, but the place is overal nice!

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. Atilla’s communication is 5 stars - everything was super easy and he was very responsive at all times and arranged everything to be as easy as possible. The place is beautiful and has good amenities, market and coffee shops close by. You can reach the metro in 10 minute walk (although don’t follow Google maps directions!) highly recommended and will definitely stay in Atilla’s place again. Thanks so much! ☺️

We stayed at Alper's house for a week in June and we were very pleased. The house is very close to the beach and Migros. It had everything you needed to stay for a week. It was clean, tidy, extra towels, toilet paper and other necessities were provided. There was a nice balcony terrace, we ate most of our meals there. Check-in and check-out procedures were also very easy. We highly recommend it to everyone! We thank Mr. Kemal!

The location of the accommodation was very good and ideal for those who want to stay in the city center. Exceptional harbour views. Everything was perfect during our stay and the host very kind and helpful.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this apartment. It’s in the city center, so close to the port. And clean always.. that’s why I prefer to stay there again. And Reigerts mom so friendly and helpful, ready to answer quickly. There is only one thing minus, the neighbour is little bit noisy, she was talking in the middle of the night with a man on street by hours.. Its like she is talking in your room because of the narrow street and soundproofing problem I guess.. But of course it’s not problem related with the host.

First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are quite sufficient. Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

We had a magical accommodation experience! It's not just our home, but our soul that we've rested here... The house was not only comfortable, but also seemed to be built with peace. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, immaculate and presented in the best form of hospitality. The location was great; the surrounding nature, silence and energy really did us a lot of good. The host was literally kind, caring and reassuring. He was always available and helpful; we felt very special. ✨ This is not just an accommodation, it was an inner pause, a divine breath. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. Even 💫 5 stars is not enough!

convenient location to the metro. Cosy apartment to stay at

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay was perfect, very beautiful villa in the city center of Mitilini, the host was very responsive to the slightest of our requests. Everything was clean, and as described. The environment could be a little noisy but it's the game being in the city center.

Everything was especially magnificent, the balcony, only the municipality had a bad road arrangement, the room by the sea had nothing to do with the host, but we were very pleased, tolerant hosts, thank you
