Chez Vera is Ideal for short breaks, business trips, or for dog owners. Our garden/basement flat has its own private entrance with self check in. The bedroom has a double bed & opens out to a beautiful fenced garden. There is a well equipped kitchen/lounge. The private bathroom, is in an adjacent corridor. We are near the City Centre & University. There is free street parking around the corner. THE FLAT HAS A LOT OF STEPS SO NOT SUITABLE FOR KIDS, THE ELDERLY, PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY/SIGHT ISSUES

Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.
