It is a spacious house with lots of natural light with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 on the second floor, a kitchen, dining room and large living room. It also has a terrace overlooking the golf course where smoking is allowed (with restrictions). It is 5 minutes from shopping centers and La Audencia beach. Not included: Laundry detergent, shampoo Extra cleaning during the stay is at the guest's expense.

We have a CO detector If the villa is booked for 2 people, they will use a single room, and they will have the entire house except the second room. If the villa is booked for 3 or 4 people, the 2 rooms and the entire accommodation will be made. Accommodation located 12 minutes by car from the best beach in Manzanillo, for families with children as it has no waves and is very quiet, the beach is called the audience. Rustic decor, two bedrooms, well-lit, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, two refrigerators, equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms , with two extra toilets, enough place to store things, terrace overlooking the golf course, mini splits in each room and common area, in front of tennis court and one of the 5 swimming pools, free wifi in common areas of the complex and 2 modems in the villa , they can bring their devices to connect in HDMI

Relax at Villa Sandía III, where you can breathe in tranquility! Furnished and decorated with a Mexican touch. It has comfortable beds, air conditioning, 3 TVs, internet service, a kitchenette, a tub in the master bedroom and best of all: a swimming pool and a few steps from the beach!! Stay without having to leave Club Santiago! The condominium has all the amenities available. Sweeping and mopping every day at no extra cost!

House with private pool and plunge pool, overlooking the bay from all areas of the house. All rooms have ocean views, fans and great airflow for having terraces in each of them. The house has a common area down a staircase where you will find the pool, the pool and the entire open terrace, with a very nice view of the bay, all within a noise-free and quiet environment.
