It is a little far from the main downtown, yet it has a good accessibility since the main route that cross the neighborhood can take you pretty fast to it and also to the towns nearby (Santos). It is a nice place for anyone who is looking forward to relax. The recommended way for displacement around is by car.

A casa foi recentemente reformada e inclui uma piscina privada, churrasqueira, A/C (sala principal), ventiladores de teto em cada quarto e uma varanda acolhedora com rede e arranjos de estar.
