Only 25km away from Baia Mare, close to the Somes river left shore, in a rural environment, with a fish pond in our back yard, our place is open for people that appreciate quiet and great views. We have 2 bedroms with confortable queen size beds, in different designs. The upstairs one is rustic and the one down stairs has a nordic design. You can also use the livingroom with everything in it. There are even wine glasses. You can cook, eat, wach cable TV or use the tv for it's smart functions.

The cottage is located in Apa locality in Satu Mare county and is perfect for people who want to relax on a vacation. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, heated swimming pool with hydromassage, terrace with barbecue, cauldron, rotisserie, boat for rides. Maximum capacity: 6 people. The pool is not included in the price, it is charged extra depending on the period and the number of days. Details in private. Smoking is allowed only outside!

Proprietate este situată într-o zonă foarte pitoreasca în mijlocul naturii, la marginea proprietăți curge o vale, proprietatea dispune de o plantație de zmeura dar și foarte mulți copaci fructiferi, accesul se poate face cu orice tip de autoturism, se afla la 7 km de Sighetu Marmației și la 20 km de Cimitirul Vesel. Dispune și de un ciubar de 6 - 8 persoane din fibra de sticla. Se pot face mai multe drumeții în zone deosebit de frumoase.
