La casa recolecta el agua de la lluvia y se mantiene caliente de forma natural. Está construida naturalmente.

Surrounded by mountains and nature, Inyan is built in balance with the environment, made of adobe, wood, and stone. The impeccability (neatness) of the place and each element have been harmoniously chosen for your rest: high quality mattresses, pure cotton bed sheets and Andean décor. La calle donde se encuentra el condominio es de tierra afirmada ya que es parte del Camino Inca, sin embargo, es una calle de acceso vehicular.
