Holiday rentals with beach access in Maraú

Great apartment very close to the beach! The layout of this flat is awesome, and we really felt at home. The hosts were communicative and helpful. Would stay again!

The host is very helpful and the studio is perfect. Beautifully decorated, quality bed and bath linens and appliances working perfectly, you feel affection and care in every detail. The location is perfect. You can walk to all the urban beaches (Concha, Resende and Tiririca). It has a wonderful terrace to admire the stars while drinking a good wine. I highly recommend the place and I will return as soon as possible.

The house is wonderful! All very new and tasteful, comfortable and functioning perfectly. I went with my parents and we were in love with the accommodation. Carla (the hostess) is amazing, extremely solicitous, sympathetic, understanding, polite and loving. It did everything to make us as comfortable as possible, even from afar it seemed to be very close. I recommend with your eyes closed 🤍

First of all, we would like to acknowledge the exceptional attention given to us by the host Emanuely and her team, from before check-in to our check-out, they were always very helpful, attentive and super polite. The accommodation is simply fantastic, an incredible place with a really complete structure, everything automated and planned in the smallest details, from the decoration/lighting of the environment to the household utensils, the bed linen, the pillows, the towels, everything of great quality. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 4 people. The Airbnb images are faithful to what we found. We love every detail, everything is perfect. The condominium staff is always very professional and helpful. No less important is the distance to Ponta do Mutá beach, which has an unforgettable sunset; it is a 2-minute walk inside the condominium, with all the comfort and security. We will certainly return. The suites are impeccable, clean, and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for meals. Co-hosts Joana and Egídio are attentive, they made us feel at ease. We felt at home. I recommend it, and we intend to return.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The space, though small, is absolutely charming — warm, welcoming, and full of character, with an exceptional view that takes your breath away. The hosts were kind, helpful, and always available when needed. Staying here was a true pleasure. I only wish this place could be my home.

I went to spend a few days in Itacaré with my friends and we were very well received, the house is beautiful, very well located, close to everything. The super friendly host has answered us quickly whenever we need it. I will return other times for sure

Our days in Maraú were amazing, Nicolao is a super host, he went to meet us before we arrived at his home. Arriving at the house, had mineral water, juice and cold beer, the house was extremely clean and organized, with necessary utensils, very comfortable home, Nicolao and his family have a very good energy, we certainly recommend this accommodation, without a doubt we will return with faith in God! Hospedagem 10/10, the beaches are beautiful, we already miss it.

Your stay with Maryel could not have been better! We love everything! From the impeccable decor, large bedrooms and bathrooms, several kitchen/cleaning utensils and especially the lake behind the house that gives the place an inexplicable charm. It should be noted that they are super pet-friendly, as we travel with our pet (labrador) and they had no restrictions due to their size when comparing themselves to other places, and we thank you so much for this hospitality! The site has markets 5 min by car/10 min on foot. And the center with the restaurants and the feirinha is approximately 10 minutes' drive away. The night is a bit dark to walk around the site due to the lack of poles, but we realize that this will be resolved soon with the construction of more nearby condominiums. We leave a tip for those who will: take repellent! Rsrs Barra Grande in general has a large number of muriocas and flies. Other than that, thank you for the sympathy Maryel! We wish to return soon!

The accommodation is ideally located, close to the center and yet quiet. The garden was super cared for and we were able to relax there well. We felt very comfortable there and would definitely come back here. Thanks for such a lovely gem.
