Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Maraussan

Unterkunft und Gastgeber sind großartig. Riesiger, sehr schöner Garten mit großem tollem Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Bouleplatz und gemauerter Grillstelle und bei sehr netten Gastgebern mit zwei superlieben Border Collies. Schöne Strände, Fluss zum Kanufahren sowie nette Städte, wie Béziers und Narbonne, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Ort selbst ist „alles zum Leben„ schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch in Pézenas, einem charmanten Künstler-Städtchen (aber samstags sehr voll). Würden gerne nochmal kommen, eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz.

We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

Nous sommes venues à 7 pour un EVJF et nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison (espaces suffisants et correctement équipée). L’extérieur est autant agréable que l’intérieur. La maison est impeccable et les prestations proposées correspondent à la réalité. Encore merci pour cet accueil chaleureux ! Nous recommandons cette location.

🌟 Séjour exceptionnel chez Christelle ! Nous avons passé un weekend parfait entre amis dans son superbe gîte à Cazouls-les-Béziers. Le lieu est idéal pour se ressourcer, au calme, loin de l’agitation citadine. Le cadre est paisible et la piscine a été un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du soleil et se détendre. Christelle est une hôte attentionnée, discrète et disponible, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous repartons reboostés et avec de très beaux souvenirs. Merci encore pour l’accueil et la qualité du lieu, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous and spotless home (the photos are great but don't do justice to how beautiful it is). We wanted for nothing, the apartment is really well equipped and furnished. Ghislaine is a great host and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

Parfait ! Une communication amicale et précise, le logement est parfaitement situé pour une visite du centre de Béziers. La place gratuite dans le parking situé à proximité est particulièrement appréciable ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in Agde und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Die Aussicht und Umgebung ist wunderschön. Es sind viele Ferienwohnung an der Promenade aber man findet trotzdem einen ruhigen Platz am Strand. Der Bus ist nur 3 Minuten mit dem Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet- wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Caroline und Benoit haben uns im Voraus eine sehr übersichtliche und professionelle Anleitung geschickt, wo vom Check-In bis über Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen alles enthalten war. So konnten wir uns super auf den Aufenthalt vorbereiten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Cet appartement est parfait, très bien équipé. Nous sommes venus en moto. Nous avons pu la mettre dans le petit garage pour qu'elle soit en sécurité. vraiment au top!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce gîte paisible, joliment décoré et situé à proximité de nombreuses attractions touristiques. Nous avons pu visiter le vignoble , les villes de Béziers, Pézenas, Sète , deux abbayes , aller a la plage, etc...sans faire trop de kilomètres. La piscine a été tres appréciée pour nous rafraîchir et la petite terrasse nous a permis de prendre nos petits dejeuners et diners dehors. Gîte bien équipé et fonctionnel.

Da Nathalie ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, l'appartamento è molto bello e grande, tutto nuovo! L'appartamento si trova in una grande casa datata ma dentro è davvero bello e pulito! C'è persino una grande corte interna con piscina. Si vede proprio come Nathalie faccia questo lavoro con piacere, ci hanno dato anche degli ottimi consigli su dove andare. Eravamo in giro con un piccolo cane ed è andata benissimo! Grazie Nathalie, se passiamo in zona tornere sicuramente a soggiornare da te!!

Virg’s apartment is spacious, classically French, located on the outskirts of Béziers city centre, and has all the amenities you could need. We stayed here for a week and ate in a few times, plus did some laundry. It’s easy to park on the streets for free nearby. Virg was a fabulous host - she met us for check in and check out, sent us recommendations on where to eat, and responded very quickly to messages. She went above and beyond to overcome the English-French language barrier in-person, and also helped us out finding some lost property within the apartment building. Beziers is a great place to stay - lots to do and eat in the city, and you’re only a 30min drive to beaches and other attractions. We would happily come back to this part of France and would recommend Virg’s apartment to anyone else.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. We were made to feel at home and had all the information we required and more. The location was perfect with lots of great restaurants nearby. Sabrina’s helpful communication and flexibility was great, she was so nice when we met. We could not have asked for more. The apartment was perfect for our needs in a beautiful location. Patrick’s apt. is conveniently located to go to visit the cathedral, restaurants/cafe, the famous market, view of the canal which is across the street. The thing I liked most is how bright and airy it is, lots of big windows. It felt homey. Also, the gare SNCF is walking distance if you want to sit it nearby towns. Patrick is a wonderful host, quick to respond to any questions or issues. I will stay in his apt. again next time I visit Narbonne. Thank you, Patrick!

Très bon accueil de la part de Philippe, c’est un hôte attentif au bon déroulement de votre séjour et disponible en cas de besoin. Toujours joignable. En ce qui concerne l’appartement, en plus d’être super bien situé, proche de la plage, du centre-ville, et du port, il est vraiment très agréable, joliment décoré, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. De la terrasse, on a vu sur des dunes (sauvages), qui donne accès à un sentier longeant les falaises, dominant, la mer (magnifique) idéal pour les promenades et le jogging. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (bien trop court), et nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation l’appartement de Philippe. Martine et Pascal

Appartement conforme à l'annonce et à la description effectuée. Très bonne literie. Quartier plutôt calme, un peu excentré. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied. Le parking est sécurisé. Les instructions pour l'arrivée sont claires et précises. Pierre Marie est accueillant, disponible et réactif. Logement à recommander !

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!
