Tucked away privately behind a home, the guesthouse is newly built & furnished. Guests park on a private driveway. You can utilize the kitchen where we supply basic spices, kitchen supplies, several different baking pans, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, keurig coffee, tea, ice, cream & sugar, and a fridge/freezer. Guests have their own separate fast wifi & Roku TV. The private bedroom has black out curtains. Soap/shampoo, towels, makeup towel available.

I respond to inquires immediately. **We have a roommate who has allergen to animal dander and shares living space with Airbnb guests, therefore we are unable to host any animals in the upstairs guest areas at this time since doing so will create a medical emergency for our roommate.**
