The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Listen to the waves in this renovated beach shack, just up the road from the Surf Club and patrolled beach. Fully air-conditioned with expansive rear deck and fenced back yard. House has polished concrete floors, 2 living areas and an outdoor hot shower to wash off the saltwater.
