I spent a weekend at Rahbar's house. I am so glad that I picked his house from among many available on airbnb. The house is simply perfect! Spacious, bright, renovated, clean, and very neat. Everything in the house is very clean, and I literally felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. The pictures of the house doesn't do justice. When you see the house you will be surprised how modern aura it has. It comes with the fresh breakfast - organic eggs, organic home made juice etc. The kitchen was extremely clean. The backyard is very nice and full of seasonal fruits. Literally, there was no single reason to not love this place. And finally Rahbar himself… Unfortunately, we could not meet in person because he was out of town, but I could feel his warm personality during our phone conversations that we had. He is there to make your stay a wonderful experience. I am glad that I found this place. I am going to stay at this place anytime I need to get away from the town and chill out. Strongly recommend it!

Hospitable obligatory hosts of the house, the cleanliness of the coziness is a huge house where there are all the hosts responded to our requests immediately, the obligatory ones waited at the airport until we passed customs. Layla is charming, pleasant, hospitable with a large open heart. We spent a week in the house there is everything you need for relaxation. I recommend having a car for rent to be able to freely get to the places you need or it is not expensive . Near the house there are fish restaurants where they cook excellent trout and potatoes. I wish everyone to relax with hospitable hosts my 100% positive reviews.

We were very satisfied with this house and its location in a clean, far from exhaust place. I'll start in order: 1) Bed linen is ironed, towels, dishes, nothing caused disgust. 2) The house has all the amenities for relaxing. Air conditioner in each of the rooms, at least three beds. What's important for relaxing with a group of friends 3) There is a very sunny balcony that can be curved with curtains if necessary. 4) washing machine, which with the kids gets up almost first. Also near sea brease and golden fish! We were very pleased with this house, its aura, the friendly woman who watches this cabin. And we'd love to go back there

Jalal’s house is very conveniently located in Bilgah, a lovely and very safe neighborhood- there is a bus stop nearby if you want to use public transport, a small supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the house and the nearest public beach is 20 minutes walk from the house. Although the road to the beach isn’t well equipped for walking, it’s more convenient to use a car. Plyaj Dachnikov, Amburan Beach, Amburan Mall, Shebektu beach, Sea Breeze beach are all about 5- 10 minutes drive from the house. Baku city Centre is about 40 minutes drive. There are plenty of taxis that are very reasonably priced in case if you need one. Jalal is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, he picked us up from the airport, drove us to the beach and back to the house daily, drove us to the supermarket, took us to see Yanardag and Baku. The house is sparkling clean, very cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people (there are 2 bedrooms and one big pull out sofa upstairs and one pull out sofa downstairs). There is a balcony from which you see the sea and where you can watch sun rise and sun set. We highly recommend Jalal’s house and cannot thank him enough for his hospitality!!

Emil is very accurate person and hospitality is more than expected. Accommodation is same with pictures and you can go to seaside and rest or go to the upper stage of house and have a beer when sun goes down.

The house is just gorgeous! With a courtyard and balconies. There are everything for outdoor activities: tennis, billiards, board games. The host is great, everything is decided in favor of the customer, plus a lot of delicious things in the fridge for guests.

Not a Bad Choice at All... good vibes

We had a great week at Einarə’s place. She was very helpful. The place was wonderful for our needs. FYI, there is a deposit required for the bracelets you must wear throughout the week. You will go to the reception area first and get the bracelets. Then, you will go to the actual residence. People at this location use golf karts to get around. You will always want to call the golf karts early because at times you may need to wait thirty minutes for them to come. Although, we discovered the location has a whale bus that runs on the second street in from the road that is right on the beach. It stops at a bus stop location about every twenty minutes. That was helpful to have at times. We would recommend this place! We hope to come again soon.

We checked in with a group of 6 people. We liked everything. The pool is clean, bed linen and towels are clean, the dishes are clean, the territory is clean. The host answered any questions right away, he was always online. I recommend this villa 👍 I would like to apologize to the host for the unwashed dishes. On the last day, we were very tired, and on the day of eviction, we woke up already at the time of eviction and we did not have time to tidy everything up. I hope your host understands 🙏 P.S. From the balcony there is a very beautiful view of the sunrise 😍
