Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to be like at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good advice for activities. The only small negative point (which would not be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a small thing to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we will not fail to come back ☺️

Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" home. Clear, spacious, exotic space. Many activities around to do as a visit to the citadel and the town of Château d 'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas's, house very well located near shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not large but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very pleasant. The garage is also very practical and the courtyard is ideal for storing bicycles and for an outdoor meal. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciated! Thank you to Nicolas for his kind intentions and for his responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. The accommodation was perfectly maintained, pleasant and very well equipped. We appreciated its location between Saintes and Cognac. Thanks to Stéphanie for hosting.

A house with a lot of taste and charm, spacious and very functional. Close to all amenities: city center 3 min away with great shops and restaurants. Excellent family stay in a very nice house! The bedding is of high quality, and the indoor pool is really superb. Everything is perfectly safe for children, which is very reassuring. Everything is designed for their development. The terrace was particularly appreciated. The whole place is modern and friendly: we highly recommend this place for a good little family break. A big thank you to David for his warm welcome. Looking forward to coming back!

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for relaxing and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac of La Tremblade, it is quiet and has a beautiful garden. It has all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, swimming pool, bicycles) to spend an excellent vacation. Arrival and departure with key box is very convenient. We are very satisfied and will be happy to come back. The only small downside, but which is related to the design of the house: only one toilet, although independent. There were 3 of us so it wasn't a problem but at its maximum occupancy, it may be more complicated.

We had a wonderful weekend in this house that perfectly met our expectations. The place was warm, well-equipped and ideal for enjoying a relaxing time between moms. Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. In short, a great place.

A small house welcoming for holidays, in a very quiet area and closest to the island of Oléron where there are plenty of places and activities to discover. The accommodation is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had a great holiday!

I would recommend Stéphanie's home, it's cozy and the cleanliness is impeccable. It has everything you need and the environment is quiet. Stéphanie and her daughter told me well and were very responsive and friendly. Ideal for a weekend away as a couple and in addition, pets are allowed 😊

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!

We had a great night in Madeleine's apartment! The latter is very well decorated, very clean and the view is superb 🤩 🥰 Madeleine is really very friendly and we thank her! A small gift of chocolates, which is always very pleasing ☺️ 🍫 We'll be back with great pleasure!! 😃
