Beach house holiday rentals in Maresias Beach

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

Our accommodation was excellent, my family and I were extremely satisfied. The accommodations are great, spacious, airy, everything was clean and organized. The house has all the utensils and equipment. The outdoor area is wonderful, with views of the sea and the mountain. Really amazing.... we'll be back soon!

Our stay at Laércio's place was excellent! First, he is a very easy to access and super attentive person, possessed all the instructions and information of the house clearly and was not ready to respond to the messages. The house is super well located, a street from the beach of Cambury. The layout of the house is exactly as in the photos, everything very organized and caters well to two people, in addition to our pet that went along... the house has a great outdoor area to leave things on the beach and remove the sand, in addition to serving as a circulation area for your little animal. We love!

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

Despite the cold, expected at this time, we managed to enjoy the island, hike the bonnet (Renata's recommendation) and still spend the day at the Porto do Engenho restaurant (also Renata's recommendation). The house itself met our needs well. It was easy to access. The only observation I would make is that it has stairs and elderly people or people with mobility difficulties may not be able to climb up to the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria Fernanda's house in São Sebastião! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, perfect for those seeking rest and contact with nature. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, and the housekeeper welcomed us very well, always helpful and attentive throughout the stay. We feel a real welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend to everyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience on the north coast!

Great house, as per photos. Easy access and very beautiful condominium, very polite and helpful employees. Very close to the beach. Communication with the host was easy throughout the stay. The swimming pool wasn't so hot but it didn't hurt our experience that was 10.

Extremely nice and comfortable house. The listing matches what we found on-site. We were in 6 adults and 3 young children. The house space was more than enough for both of us. The condominium is great, seems to be safe and has many leisure options. The access to the beach is quiet, you can walk or you can go by car and park at the condominium entrance. The point of the beach is very cool, with good structure for eating and drinking. Bathroom and ducha have to go to the condominium, but it's very close, so no problems. The condominium's umbrella service is also great with 10 employees. I have absolutely nothing to complain about hosting. Joyce was also perfect. Very friendly and helpful Always replying very quickly. It would definitely return .

We had an excellent stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

I loved the place, close to the beach of Pauba, which by the way is beautiful! The house is good for spending the weekend relaxing with the family! The only thing I didn't like was the amount of mosquitoes, which I already knew I would have because of where the house is and it was also in the description. Great location and house!

Hosting Top Flat very well located, close to the beach, with swimming pools, sports court, game room, barbecue, kind and helpful staff. The accommodation has a super double bed, 3 bedrooms, with nice bed linen and towels, and very creative decoration. A perfect and complete space with all the necessary amenities for guests to relax and have fun. A fragrant and welcoming home. The host Rodrigo is quick in communications, helpful and attentive in all details. We'll be back for sure.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house! The hostess was extremely kind, polite and always responded quickly to messages, which made the whole experience very practical. The house is spacious, airy and very well located — just a few steps from the beach, which was a big plus for our trip. It is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy Maresias in comfort. We only missed a few utensils in the kitchen that ended up being needed at times, but other than that, everything went very well and we were able to enjoy it a lot. I stayed for the second time at the house with my family. Perfect location facing one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches. Near the hospital, supermarket and several restaurants that you can walk. The house was very clean, just like the first time. Best home to stay on the coast!

The mattresses are new, firm and comfortable. New refrigerator, everything is extremely cold!! Very good shower, excellent air conditioning. We had a stay exactly as we sought: peace and tranquility. We had this, even with the rain, we found the peace we needed. On the last day, we were able to go to the beach and enjoy the sun that decided to appear. But we only achieved this with Leo's kindness and flexible check-out. We are immensely grateful for everything!!! A hug Day and Luiz.
