We are inside the Condomínio Morada da Praia at Boraceia beach in Bertioga SP. Boraceia Beach has kiosks, lifesaving, security , showers and bathrooms. The condominium is closed the security is our great privilege, with monitoring of cameras and vigilantes. We have infrastructure with market , drugstore ,ice cream, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops ,church and UPA 24hs (private),where there is no need to leave the condominium , except to visit other beaches and take the tours .

Located on the beach of Maresias, north coast of SP. All suites have split air conditioning, 32"led TV and minibar. We have a kitchen and a shared barbecue area, which are at the disposal of all guests. One spot per suite in the indoor parking lot. Free wifi. We are 1 km from the sand and 100 meters from shops such as market, wine cellar, butcher shop, restaurants and etc. We don't have breakfast services. Bed and bath linen are available for an additional cost.
