We have a kitchen and a shared barbecue area, which are available to all guests. One parking space per suite in the indoor parking lot. Free Wi-Fi. We are 1 km from the sand and 100 meters from shops such as a market, wine shop, butcher shop, restaurants, etc. We do not have breakfast services. The condominium is closed the security is our great privilege, with monitoring of cameras and vigilantes. We have infrastructure with market , drugstore ,ice cream, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops ,church and UPA 24hs (private),where there is no need to leave the condominium , except to visit other beaches and take the tours .
