Our experience at Chez Chalet was wonderful from start to finish! We were greeted with great cordiality by the host, who, in addition to being friendly, provided us with excellent recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in Lavras Novas. The cottage is charming, well cared for and with a structure designed for comfort. It has two heaters and a cozy fireplace, ideal for the mild climate of the region. The bed is extremely comfortable, ensuring great nights of sleep. The entire chalet has a heated water system, and the shower is excellent. But the high point of the stay was undoubtedly the ofurô: spacious, with water always at the ideal temperature, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend and we certainly hope to return!

Solange is very helpful, the space is very cozy, only the shower that did not heat up much, but otherwise everything was great. I will definitely come back other times.

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary on the long weekend and spent incredible days in this place! All the details were thought out so that we could have a memorable experience. The place is stunning and super cozy. Not to mention the breathtaking panoramic view. Thais is an excellent host, who showed a lot of affection and concern throughout our stay. He was always available, in addition to giving us several options for local restaurants. Aline welcomed us with great affection and kindness.

I have no words to describe it, I am super satisfied because the place corresponds to what was presented to us, an unparalleled tranquility, pleasant environment and a wonderful landscape. Thaís was super receptive and guided us/gave us great tips on places that delivered and to enjoy near the chalet. The house had everything we needed, super equipped, and prepared to welcome guests. Anyway, I hope to return in the summer to be able to enjoy this paradise even more, the cold left us more indoors, but other than that, everything was perfect, and besides, she was super flexible and helpful with us, something that wins me over a lot too!! 👏🏻

Our experience was amazing. Quiet, cozy place with a beautiful view, great swimming pool with heating. Very well-equipped Chalé, with everything you need to have a great stay and return rested home. Cabin access is very easy and a quiet road. Pedro is a great host, always on hand to answer and answer any questions. A bonus in the accommodation was to get to know a little of the queijaria Trilhos do Ferro, where in the end we tasted a delicious cheese, made in an artisanal way. I recommend both the accommodation and the tour, Pedro and his mother Gorete are excellent hosts and have explained the whole process in the production of the cheese, as well as a very pleasant conversation. We'll be back soon!

The stay was amazing, the place is just like in the pictures. We had a small problem with the location that is saved here on Airbnb, but Kelly helped us, she was very proactive and helpful. We loved it and will be back soon, everything was wonderful!! And here's the tip: The city is romantic and ideal for a few days off with your partner and the chalet completes a magical experience.

The place is fantastic, very good for welcoming friends. The barbecue area with pool is huge and still has pool. The stay was very comfortable for those who were staying in the house and for our friends who went to spend the day with us. We were very well received by the housekeeper, Carlinhos, and his wife who showed the whole house and where everything was. It was a little hard to find the place, but with the caretaker's phone to help us with this issue was easily resolved. The only problem is that there is no cell phone (only live chip on conventional cell phone, smartphone from time to time you get a signal). However, Carlinhos loaned us his cell phone when we need it. I recommend it!

The chalet is amazing. A very quiet, quiet place with a wonderful view of the mountains. We had a great service from Claudia and her son Miguel, who were very helpful and considerate. The breakfast was full and with good options of breads, drinks and fruit. We loved the stay🥰

It is a little far from the city of Ouro Preto, and if you want to go back and forth every day, consider about 30 minutes more in the commute

The hut is exactly like the photos, beautiful, charming and cozy! My husband and I spent our honeymoon in the hut and our stay was perfect! Itatiaia is a charm apart. Excellent location, very close to the surrounding cities, so you can get to know everything around. Communication with Sofia was very easy, the girls in the restaurant are very kind and the breakfast is delicious. Worth a lot of cost-effectiveness! We would come back easily!
