It was a seamless stay. Nice apartment in a quiet nice area, not far from a mall. There were a few small issues, but Glen's staff quickly remedied it. He's a really nice guy, and made me feel welcomed I would stay again.

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

I booked the accommodation for my mother and her friend, even though I was the intermediary, all the instructions were so clear that at no time did they have any doubts. Apartment was very clean, all new and organized. It is on a quiet street, but extremely close to Shopping Del Sol. They loved it very much and if they return to ASU, they have already registered that they will stay there again. Besides the apartment being great, Maria was not far behind, she already warned us in advance of all the condominium rules and how to check in, and when I communicated that they might stay a few more days, she made a pre-reservation so that I would not risk someone taking the dates we wanted. It worked out really well and they actually stayed at the house for almost a week.

The best place to enjoy and rest in Asuncion, the towers are located in a very quiet place, you only see green from the windows, the environment is only of new condominiums and apartments. Wonderful amenities of the towers, the pool, the jacuzzi, the heated pool, a wonder of a stay. The apartment is better than the photos, the comfortable beds and a service of excellence. We love this place.

The place and the apartment are highly recommended since it has what is published, it is a safe, quiet place, close to shopping My stay was very nice, so I don't hesitate to come back... although everyone requires different things, Ruben is super attentive and that's important to meet some needs that arise from his guests.
