Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Peaceful retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden views. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for up to Sleeps 2 people. Features a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen. The grill and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km (1.2 miles) away, and Munich is about 15 km (9 miles) away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.
