A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. NO FILM or Photography unless you have asked permission, paid a fee & disclosed the content. This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Please message if you have more guests beyond that as we do have an air mattress and couch, if needed. 2 miles from Marietta Square. Minutes from Roswell, GA. 5 miles from SunTrust park. 2 miles from Six Flags White Water. close to both Kennesaw State University Campuses and Life University. 1/2 mile from i75. 8 miles from Atlanta. Very close Lyft/Uber to the Airport. 2 miles from our famous "Big Chicken" landmark! Front and Back door Access via Smart Lock code. Private home will be all yours for your stay. No shared Spaces. 2 comfortable bedrooms with Queen Size Beds Middle Office with daybed to sleep 2 more. Full Kitchen, screen porch & laundry room. Driveway and Carport Parking. AirBNB owner is available anytime by text. Message if there is anything you need! We will not be on site but can stop by if you need anything at all! The property boasts proximity to downtown Atlanta just 8 miles away, as well as 5 miles from Truist Park, close to both KSU Campuses, Marietta Square, Kennesaw Mountain, and a direct route to airport. Less than 5 minutes from Six Flags White Water! 0.4 miles from i75 if traveling for business! So much to do in Historic Marietta or Venture into town and discover its nightlife, shopping, and dining options. Bring your own car or rental car. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

My beautiful cottage home is located only 1 mile from the Marietta Square and sits right down the road from all the incredible nature walks that Kennesaw Mountain has to offer. Come stay in this extremely clean and well maintained home away from home. Quiet, safe, plenty of free parking in the driveway, and a front door keypad lock for the easiest access. I’m looking forward to hosting new friends!:)
