One of 3 suites (see my profile to view other suites) within our family home, located on 4 tropical acres of land with magnificent views of the north and the neighboring island of Martinique. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the sprawling patio. Despite its tranquility, the property is ideally located less than 10 min drive from the city, and some beaches. A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

Clean & simple rooms with air-co, 2 single beds or 1 double, private toilet & shower. Located right on Sandy Beach in the deep south of the island. Swim, sunbathe, hike in the rain forest, ride horses, climbs the Pitons or chill. Wind- and kitesurfing and wingfoil in the winter months. The community is also famous for having featured in the very first Dr. Doolittles movie, filmed in the late 1960's. Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for modern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walk of Marigot Beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. A large, cool, comfortable self catering apartment right on the lovely beach of Laborie, which is a typical old Caribbean fishing village, with inexpensive restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes walk away.
