Veronique was so very friendly and her response time was expeditious. She gave recommendations and answered all our questions. Veronique respected our privacy and was very accommodating due to the fact our plane landed earlier than check-in time. Check in and check out were seamless. Veronique and My Sweet Home exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to go back.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

This apartment met and exceeded our short vacation needs! The space was beautiful and the balcony was a bonus. The beach is easily accessible via walking. Great Indian restaurant nearby - Ananda! Public parking was easy to find just around the block from the apartment.

Fantastic place and location!

Coralie was wonderfully friendly and proactive, sending me detailed instructions for access and anticipating my needs with additional info. The home was clean and very neat just as in the photos. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay here, but Coralie's responsiveness saved the vacation! When we arrived, the lagoon view was marred by red algae covering it all over and producing a strong unpleasant odor over the entire area. Apparently this is a natural event occuring sometimes. Thankfully, Coralie responded swiftly and allowed us to cancel the reservation, which then allowed us to find another accommodation away from the red algae and odor. Unfortunate we could not stay this time, hope next time will go smoother. Grateful for a thoughtful and gracious host!

Host was super helpful and responsive host. Unit was perfect for our stay and view of the ocean was great. Perfect location too, great resources within walking distance.

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

Rachel is so sweet! Place was amazing and so peaceful! I will definitely recommend her place! I would love to live here lol her place so cozy and nice, everything is perfect!

If we could leave Patrick and his stunning property TEN stars we would. The space is absolutely fantastic, spacious, bright and airy and totally private. Indoors is warm and inviting and outdoors is the most enchanting tropical garden/deck space with thoughtful seating and views to the pool and water. The kitchen was so well equipped and well stocked. All the linens, bedding and beds are top quality. The location is perfect for getting anywhere and we appreciated the secured gated entry and the ease of parking right at the front door. Patrick is the most wonderful host, kind, caring and always responsive. If you have an opportunity to stay in this exceptional place, take it! It’s one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful view of the sea from the apartment. Loved the pool and the snorkelling right in front. Nice bakery and small store across the road. Host was very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again if we are back in St Martin.

This was a wonderful stay. Isabelle was responsive and kind. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach. The unit was the perfect size for a solo traveler and it was very clean. The fridge was even stocked with goodies. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

Terrace with such beautiful and quiet views that we preferred to cook and eat on our balcony rather than go to the restaurant. Dishes and kitchenware of quality. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. TV with French stations. Power socket adapters. Two small grocery stores within walking distance and a well-stocked super U (small formats suitable for short stays ) and what about the 3 km beach that is cleaned every day. In short, we had a lovely week!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at Priscilla’s Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful Airbnb experience! Just as described and better. Our stay was amazing. Everything was pristine, clean and accessible. We had a nice kitchen with everything needed inside. A/C unit. Comfortable bed, clean linens. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the beach. Maxwell was extremely helpful in providing us guidance for visiting the island. He also had very clear instructions on how to access the property and check in was super easy and straightforward. Maxwell is extremely responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better host, highly recommend!
