Apartment holiday rentals in Marina Vallarta

Ivo is a great host and Bertha keeps the place very clean. The tile floor was replaced recently and it looks nice. BVG maintains the property very well as the buildings are now about 24 years old, and the grounds maintenance is great. We will certainly rent from Ivo again when we return to PV.

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

The stay was pleasant, the host was always attentive... the place is perfect for two people, good location, 5 mins. from the Marina on foot, the security and cleaning staff are very friendly.

Always love staying at Nima Bay, this was our favorite unit there, we were there for a month. The private roof top is huge and great to spend a lot of time up there. There is also a large terrace on the main floor. The Internet was solid the whole time. The air conditioners worked great as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Alexanders place was great. Lovely views, all the things you need and a beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of hill around, which we didn't mind but it something people should be aware of. We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants.

The Versalles neighborhood is our fave in PV, and staying at Christopher’s place was icing on the cake. It is beautifully decorated (love the wall art), and you actually feel like you are in Mexico. Some places are so sterile but not this one. The pool was awesome. Long enough to do laps, and such great views. The apartment had everything you need. And Maria, the onsite support, was awesome. Great restaurants all around, plus La Comer a few block away. We hope to come back soon.

This unit has beautiful ocean bay views, and the sunsets were amazing! The place accurately matches the photos and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is plenty to do within a short walk in all directions. While the frameless sliding glass doors are nice for views, there was noticeable street noise at night that might be a consideration for light sleepers. The building lobby and roof terrace are a nice experience, and roof top pool is a superb place to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

The building has an interior air column where the air stays cooler than outside, providing natural air conditioning you can access by opening windows in the bedroom or living area that border the air column. It's a smart passive cooling design. The apartment has an East-facing view of the mountains that gets morning light. The rooftop deck has a grilling area, tables and chairs, padded futon-like beds to lay on, lounge chairs, a nice pool, and almost 360-degree views. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. I highly recommend El Chinelo Grill, which serves unique authentic Mexican flavors, including homemade chorizos. I loved the green chorizo tacos so much, I got four more of those to take home with me. I want to return to PV just to try more of their chorizos! And when I do, I'll probably try to stay here at Sayid's place again. By the way, he is super responsive and accommodating.

Definitely recommend this stay if you are looking for something to have a relaxable stay and a great view. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was absolute everything to me. This place was even better than pictured. Perfect location in PV. Rick is THE BEST host and communicated quickly. The management team he partners with could not be better - greeted us at the lobby and let us check in an hour early. Amazing place....enjoyed reading on the balcony as well enjoyed the incredible pool. We will be back

If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, serene getaway - this place is for you. It is walkable to so many restaurants & cafes. There’s a grocery store around the corner. I’m a marathon runner a ran ~20km/day. There are bike lanes and I felt extremely safe, even into the late evening. There’s a track less than 1km away. The condo faces the ocean & has the most stunning view! I can’t say enough great things. It was perfect and I will be back!

Pros: great location, short cab rides to everything we wanted to see/visit. The views from both balconies were incredible. The pools weren’t packed. Nicolas was responsive and communicative. The whole property is romantic and relaxing and was perfect for the two of us. Cons: the hot tub on the balcony needs to be serviced. It was leaking water everywhere and there were brown bubbles coming from the jets but it was a fun amenity regardless. Minimum stay is 7 days but they only left us with 1.5 rolls of toilet paper so we had to go out and buy some. There was construction every morning which woke us up promptly at 8am. Overall, I would recommend this spot! We had a great time. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Excellent location, it's the same as the shared photographs, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At reception they took care of us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

The stay is all perfect, very pleasant, you feel at home, the loft has everything you need and a little more to be comfortable and enjoy, the pools are incredibly clean, there are 24/7 staff to support you and the sea view from the balcony location is great.
