Comfortable, downtown and quiet place. All the services advertised were provided. Only the WiFi could improve, it's slow. Recommended.

I stayed in this apartment for a month, while I did weekend trips around Ecuador. And from this experience, I would definitely recommend to others travelers. Here were the highlights of the AirBnB: - Incredible view of the surrounding mountains - Modern furnishing in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen - Great host whom was proactive in providing cleanings of the apartment. - Strong wifi and a desk for remote workers - Luxury building with security, co-working space, laundry unit, gym, and hot tub. - Beautiful and safe neighborhood with an incredible park, mall, stadium, and restaurants.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and the suite is as shown in the photos.

It was super clean. The amenities (spa/pool/sauna) were awesome. The host was extremely quick to respond. The space has a phenomenal view of the city -- three giant floor to ceiling windows are the wall. It is a bit on the small side -- would not recommend for families. But great for an individual or a couple.

The apartment is beautiful! It also heats well by the sun during the day so at night it is not cold like most apartments in Quito. Lucia is an excellent host and communicator. Agreements and solutions are always found with her. The listing fits 100% with what it really is. I wish the apartment is free when I go next time to Quito!

This place was absolutely perfect: located in a central area, with excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything you need, easy to find and very safe. Highly recommended!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay combined with business trip to Quito. What really stood out, though, was the host's exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. They were incredibly accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful modern apartment with great internet and full size washer and dryer. The amenities were booked for the week so I did not get to use the hot tub nor pool. It is a very nice building. I would stay again.

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Spotless, new furniture, great washer and dryer (and detergent!), and beautiful pool/sauna/hot tub. Good and friendly security and strong WiFi. Easy to get an Uber outside. Modern mall next door with pharmacy, huge grocery store, and good shops. Anthony was great to deal with. We highly recommend this place!
