The stay at Mr. Francisco was excellent in every way. The environment is very clean, organized, pleasant and comfortable, ideal to rest and feel at home. The location is great, with easy access to everything we need. In addition, Mr. Francisco was attentive, polite and helpful, always willing to help with whatever was needed. Everything was exactly as described on the listing, or even better! I felt safe and very welcome. I recommend with complete confidence and would definitely stay again.

One of the best spaces in Belém, it's the second time I've stayed here, very good, I highly recommend it, places nearby to eat, have a beer at night lol, very central, in short, it's really worth it, better than a hotel🤌.

Well located, the apartment is impeccable, we were very well received, the hosts are very liberal and helpful, my niece is talkative: she sang loudly, lent a charger... I thought I didn't even like Belém, I realized I don't like hotels! Ahh, and it's fresh! It has 2 air-conditioning units, one in each bedroom, and hot water in the showers 😍😍

We had a very pleasant experience at the place. The atmosphere is welcoming, peaceful, and conveys a sense of well-being from the moment you arrive. Compact place but with everything you need. Comfortable bed, clean environment, bathroom with a wonderful shower, still has a stove and a coffee maker for those who want to make a coffee (also have coffee and sugar). I loved it, I went to Belém to go to a show at Magueirão and the venue is very close. Very practical.

Leandro was an excellent host, super attentive, helpful and flexible. The structure of the building is undoubtedly a great differential: swimming pools (including heated), sauna, gym, security… everything is impeccable! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: comfortable, well equipped and with great quality bed and bath linens. The shower is outstanding! Even though it's on a high floor, there's a slight noise from the avenue. I recommend it!

My stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as in the photos - clean, organized, comfortable and with a great location. The bed is super comfortable, the Wi-Fi works well and the atmosphere is quiet, perfect for resting. Communication with the host was quick and thoughtful from start to finish. Well laid-out studio with comfortable couch, very nice bed, excellent TV. The Radisson is in the center of Belém so extremely close to all amenities. This rental does NOT include hotel breakfast nor underground parking - both of which are available for a fee. The rooftop pool is pretty cool!

Simply an amazing experience! The apartment is wonderful — wide and super clean and airy and very comfortable. It has absolutely everything we need to feel at home, from the kitchen structure to the small details that make all the difference in the stay. Also, the location is great, and the place is exactly like in the photos (or even better!). And what about the host? Extremely kind, attentive and available throughout the stay, which made everything even more special. Without a doubt, there is no better place to stay in Belém. I recommend with my eyes closed and I will definitely return!
