House holiday rentals in Mariveles

We needed a place to stay for my cousin’s wedding in Bataan, and George’s place was lovely to stay at! It had everything we needed and the check in was smooth and flexible. It was unfortunate that we experienced a power blackout for the first night, I asked the host if we can extend our stay for a late check out and they had no problems with that. Thank you, it was a great stay!

The place looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean and spacious. Every inquiry we had were answered quickly - communication was easy with the hosts. The caretaker was also very nice and our requests were immediately taken care of. Our family had a great time! :)

As much as I wanted to gate keep the place, I just know that people has to recognize this airbnb. At first we were hesitant to book this place since there are no reviews yet in airbnb although their reviews in google maps were okay. We’re glad that our experiences turned out great. The place is exactly as advertised, host was very nice and responsive, even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. If you’re the private type of person then this airbnb is just the right place for you. Will definitely come back ❤️

I would say, Bianca’s place is really good. You can enjoy pool and beach at the same time. The house is so nice, big, that can even accommodate up to 20pax. We loved her place coz its a nice spot to watch the sunset. We would definitely go back here and looks like we found our OOT staycation.

Definitely worth the price. 💜💜 The place is clean and is the same with what was adverised. The pool is big so it can accommodate large groups. They also have fast wifi, netflix, disney+ and karaoke. In addition, all the three (3) rooms have their own bathroom. This is really a big plus. Furthermore, the staffs on the ground are all approachable and are willing to assist in anyway they can. Lastly, I would like to add the kindness and responsiveness of the host. For every concern I had, she’s replying promptly. And she really made the place very comfortable for her guests. 💜💜

Beautiful place to stay with the family. More than enough beds for a group of 10. Lovely interior and almost everything was provided for. Walking distance from the beach and the pawikan conservation centre. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to spend some quiet quality time with the family!

My family and I had a very comfortable stay! The place was spotless — incredibly clean and well taken care of. Relaxing and quiet surroundings - we all felt right at home. spacious parking space. Everything matched the description - as how it looks like on the pictures. Mam Carmel is very responsive host and friendly. She and her husband are very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay!

10000/10 Our entire fam and wedding crew was well worth the stay. Perfect for wedding prep because the place is big and the enviroment is great to take a picture. Fully equipped, you don't need to rush. He's passed on the taste of our architect friend. Nice work and the design of the house. Thank you ma'am jenny for not being able to answer our requests.

So, I'm going to be as forthright as possible here. For me, it was a wonderful experience. The view was incredible, the pool was excellent, and other than an issue with some local motorcycle racing it was quiet and peaceful. That being said, I grew up on a farm and bugs and critters don't really bother me. But if you have a more metropolitan background that might be an issue. The house is not modern. It's very similar to an old farm house, but that was a nice bit of nostalgia for me. When we first got there, there was a group of motorcycle racers making a loop around the house. But the owner called the local authorities and had it resolved. He was very responsive and that made all the difference in our trip. Again, the place is not fancy with modern appliances and fixtures, but it's large, peaceful, with great views and swimming. I would recommend it to anyone who's not too bourgeois.

We raced for Spartan in Bataan and we enjoyed staying here. Very relaxing and close to the beach. Ate Jane was very friendly and helpful. Had an awesome stay here.

The place was neat, new, and beautiful. The caretaker allowed us to stay at the outdoor dining area while they cleaned the house, which had prior guests. We had to remove the living room carpet, though, because it smelled like dog. The hosts were kind enough to understand us. The showers are new, but the hot water doesn’t work. Make sure you request extra water for the dispenser before checking in. One wont be enough for a group of 20. Request for linens and pillows for sofa bed and sofa; its not automatically provided. They have good board games. Also videoke we enjoyed it. Though the songs were no longer updated and we cant switch to youtube because the Wifi is not good. Network signal is poor as well. It is given in the location. We stayed indoor most of the time since it was raining. There were insects outside but not a single cockroach appeared. So its a plus. Overall, we love the place and would recommend it.

The neighborhood is peaceful ideal for morning walks. Hosts are very hospitable and will happily assist you. I arrived around 10 pm, the weather is bad because of the typhoon. The hosts fetched me, assisted me to my room and made sure I’ve got all I need during my stay.

The place was a perfect getaway. Pamela was a wonderful host, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, homey feel. We loved relaxing on the porch and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The tranquility made everything that I needed to relax. We would love to stay here again!

Great place and awesome host! We asked to check in early and she was able to accommodate it even though she’s still not done cleaning the place. Very helpful and generous. Will def stay here again!

The entire family was greatful that we found this place during holiday season. Romeo and the team where good in communicating and reaching us out to our concerns. We will definitely coming back soon! However, there are few things that can be improved on; *they should specify what they have for kitchenware and tableware. As per our group of 20pax, I dont think they have an adequate kitchenware/tableware for our group. But on a good note, they ended up buying us extra disposables plates/cups/plastic spoons etc. *theres a huge floor mounted AC on their living area that has an additional fee if used. I would like to suggest to include that fee on the rental of the house and avoid additional charges on top of rentals and deposits. *the house itself was well designed, well lit etc. I just have a good words for the entire place. But, I just hope that they will maintain it well by cleaning it thoroughly. Toilet bowls, faucets and some corners were starting to build-up some stains.
