Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Marmara Region

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Everything was very nice, Mr. Atakan is an accessible, kind and helpful person. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is wonderful. It was very nice to sit under the linden trees.

We really loved the house, it was beautifully designed and everything was thought out. The facilities were quite sufficient, and it was nice that the pool was heated. Mr. Ahmet and his wife helped us in every way, and we were able to reach them whenever we wanted. I'm thinking of coming back, I'd recommend it to everyone!

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. It was one of my favorite places I have been so far!! The place so nice and comfortable and cozy The villa amazing the view unbelievable the most nice thing to drink morning coffee with this view !! Fatih was so helpful and always ready to help if there is any problems! The place have a lot of stuff nothing missing! I had great time

Simply stunning villa! Directly felt like at home. The house has everything you can wish for! Very comfortable interiors, exquisitely designed garden and nice pool! Feeling of privacy and tranquility! İdeal for big families and group of friends. A special word of appreciation to our host Deniz! Very friendly and helpful. Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Great location, in the heart of old town Balat. Close to all the area has to offer, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of access to the rooftop terrace - great for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. Easy walking distance to ferry, tram and bus. Local advice from Sencen much appreciated. Local cafe’s and restaurants, shoe repair and transport options. Overall a 5 star stay !!

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

The place was absolutely wonderful due to its close proximity to Galata Tower and the T1 tram station, which provides easy access to most historical and tourist attractions. The host was truly amazing – very responsive, helpful, and kind. Thank you for a great stay, and I wish you all the best

We had a fantastic stay in Tugce's Bebek apartment. The apartment is charming with beautiful light from all the windows and had everything we needed. We loved staying in the Bebek neighborhood; it's a beautiful part of the city and vibrant with many waterfront cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location, just a little up the road leading up from Bebek. And, Tugce was a fantastic host; so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Definitely recommend!

It's good place to stay in Fatih/Laleli. Very close to metro station. I'va had some problems but Enes brother helped me and solved. I recommend for everyone

It is a place we left with great satisfaction. The staff was really caring and friendly. They responded to all our requests with care. My brother uses a wheelchair, and on the day we started hosting, when the entrance to the area was not suitable for this, a 5-6 meter ramp was built by the staff. We left incredibly happy. We will definitely go again.

Ms. Esma is a really good host. Our stay went better than we had hoped for. We felt at home and it was a peaceful house. We had everything we needed and every detail was considered. From the moment we booked, she was very helpful and very caring. We will definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

I stayed for 2 nights. Pool heating, general cleaning of the house, the size of the house was very nice. I was greeted with a very friendly face. Necessary information about the environment was also given. If I go again, I'll go here again...

It was spotless, you feel like you ate in your own house, everything is thought out to the last detail, the glass, the bowl, the sugar, the coffee, everything is completely there, there is nothing you need to buy and everywhere is spotless, when there is a problem, they immediately respond and help, there is a very large market within a 10-minute walking distance, the lake is close enough to get off by taxi, everything was very beautiful

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Keenan’s bungalow. Kenan is a very friendly host and is very helpful. The place looks exactly as you see it in the photos. It is in a quiet area that is nice and relaxing. We hope one day we can return and stay at one of Kenan’s places again.

The view was quite nice, there were the amenities mentioned in the house. It was a nice experience.
