Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

Lovely bijou apartment, well situated near to supermarket and shopping centre. Very peaceful, with kind neighbours, pleasant quiet pool area - perfect for people looking to relax and have a home from home away from tourist zone. Great kitchen, so if you’re happy to cook on holiday, much better equipped than most Airbnb’s. Lovely garden with lemon trees and patio to eat outside. Responsive and accommodating hosts.

We are a family with a baby, so we have a lot of needs, but Mr. Sefa was very helpful for everything. The house was really clean. Its nature is already well known. The people around are very friendly. It was a perfect 5 days for us...

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

It has two comfortable bedrooms, a clean and stylish bathroom, and a lovely open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen — everything you could possibly need is there. But what truly sets this place apart is the view. Absolutely breathtaking. From the windows and the terrace, you can see the sea stretching out endlessly. It’s hands down the best view in the city — peaceful, panoramic, and perfect for morning coffee or evening tea. A special thanks to Mr. Irfan, who made the experience even better. He stayed in touch with us constantly, sent a clear video showing exactly how to reach the home and where to park the car, and kept checking in until we arrived safely. Throughout our stay, he was always available, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re visiting Marmaris this is the place to be in for sure

It was a tremendous place for peace and tranquility. Ms. Pınar was very caring and polite, she quickly gave useful answers to our questions. Everything was as shown in the photos, we will definitely visit again. 🤗

Endless thanks to Mr. Mehmet, who made our holiday during the holiday perfect. We extended this holiday, which we planned as 3 days, to 4 days. Datca, Marmaris, Fethiye, we went somewhere every day and the transportation of all of them is so close that we stayed at our house in the evening. It is a wonderful village house under the peaceful fruit trees, but the interior design of the house is so beautifully thought out and clean. We had our evening meals in the peaceful silence of nature, accompanied by the sounds of chickens and rabbits in the garden and the Tavuz birds in the nearby hotel, and the strawberries that Mr. Mehmet offered us from his garden were incredible. We want to come back and experience this peace again at the first opportunity. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Mehmet.

The location of the house is very nice. As in the pictures. Easy to reach. 15 minutes to Bozburun, 30 minutes to Selimiye. 8 people can stay comfortably.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

The house was in an incredibly peaceful place in nature, just like in the photos. My family and I had a great time both in the pool and in the garden. The interior of the house was sparkling clean, and Selimiye and the surrounding bays were excellent. Mr. Metin was a very good host, and he answered all our questions about the house and the environment. Accepting pets was also a huge plus. We would love to come back as soon as possible.

We are very satisfied with everything we drink, which is a very good business in terms of hygiene and safety. I especially recommend the villa house. An absolutely exceptional stay! The place is beautifully designed with stylish decor, offering full privacy and a prime location right by the sea. Everything exceeded expectations . I highly recommend booking this property to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

From the first moment you enter, it's where you feel at home. Hasan Bey's beloved wife Nuran Hanım, who greeted us as soon as we arrived, took care of us with Mr. Hasan along with Mr. Hasan until the end of our trip. Whatever you need in the house is available, and if there is anything missing, they already provide it right away. It is clean, comfortable and very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Everyone was extremely satisfied with the enjoyment during the holiday. Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran gave us information about going, places to see, gave advice for restaurants (if you go during the high season for restaurants, it is full). The house is a 5 min walk to the bazaar, restaurants and shops. Now we have a house in Selimiye. I look for the view and the morning coffee I drink on the terrace that accompanies the sunrise every day. I hope to be able to go again as soon as possible..

Fantastic place, great villa with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances. Great view from bedroom upstairs and pool area. The villa is 2 min walk from the sea and we went for morning and evening swims when the beach is empty. You can walk to the nearest restaurant along the beach and Arda provides great recommendations in Sogut for food and deliveries. Lots of shops around. We will definitely be back as can’t fault the place, we had great time and pool was added bonus. Arda is great host, very responsive if we had any questions. Thank you for fab stay!

First of all, we rented a house to stay and met two incredible hosts. They welcomed us as if we were their family. It was a chance for us to get to know Mr. Asan and Ms. Nuran. The house has an extraordinary view, we felt very comfortable and peaceful. They helped us a lot about the places we could visit. We were happy to meet this beautiful house and beautiful hosts because we went to Izmir.

We had a holiday in a villa for the first time, but we regretted why we didn't do it before because it was just great, Mr. Hakan was very hospitable, he welcomed us very well, and the care they gave to the villa was magnificent, we were not missing anything, and it was too much, so we were very satisfied, I hope we will go again.

We had a 3-night stay. The location of the house is very nice, you can be in Akyaka in 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, the garden is very spacious, the house is beautifully decorated and it was quite sufficient for 5 people. Our host responded to our questions very quickly, and it was quite easy to find the house. We also went with our dog, our host is a pet lover.
