The boat tours can be booked by the way spontaneously. Boats are always ready (3 minutes from the house). Dive boats, restaurants, bars, shops and the harbor are within 3 minutes. The beach for a swim can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. In the house you feel far away from mass tourism and has won over all the possibilities.
